I bought the same kit in January 2026 for $84, it was easy to use and a great product.BUT I bought the same kit last week, $185, they’ve changed the formula and it really sucks now! Now it’s back to square one researching for a great professional tile and grout sealer.

The guy who installed the tile wanted to put down a sealer/gloss that was 30.00 and covered 1000 square feet. He did a sample tile. I had also done a sample tile with this expensive Clover Sealer Gloss! The different was huge! The Clover Gloss was like 200% better! So I applied it myself. I applied it thick the sample took 3 days to dry. So I’m expecting the floor to take that long. Once again I applied it thick we keep are temperature at 63 during the day 65 at night, The Tile I bought mated with matted colors but wet it looked amazing so Looked at utube videos rating the Glosses. This product came out the best of the best on independent reviews. So I picked this one. Absolutely worth every penny!

We bought this to do the tile in our whole house. Room-by-Room. Problem was that once finished w/one room, we taped off (over) the previously done room & the tape peeled off the sealant like it was nothing. Then we purchased $30 "special tape" so it wouldn't happen again. Next issue is that it completely soaked IN to the grout in some areas so those areas weren't shiny :( Problem there is that to go back & put more on that area it can't touch previously done spots bc it eats it away like nothing & gets super spotty. Scratches very easily also :( Sooo, many area's in our home where it's scratched (crying face). Where it's scratched we now have to sand it w/sand paper in the EXACT area, tape it, then mix up a batch (not easy measuring such a small batch) then apply to THAT small area. We spent a lot of $ on this stuff. Once dried it looks completely amazing, but darn it any scratch just scuffs it right up. Also, don't use anything except water w/a mild soap bc ANY chemical eats it right up. Learned that the hard way too. Almost wish we would've just left the tile as is....On a 2000sqft residential home this was pricey, and a lot of upkeep in the long run. (Been 1yr since applied)

This is absolutely amazing! I thought my floor was ruined when my contractor left a grout on my floor for 3 days, it created a haze on my floor tiles that would not come off with every other product I tried. After reading about this sealer, I was a little skeptical, but was at my ends rope and decided what could it hurt. I am so glad to have done so. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who is having haze problems or just wants a boost in the tile color. Now I do have a bit of a warning, this stuff is sticky and stinks! Make sure you are properly wearing gloves and a mask. And afterward keep the area vented. Its super easy to mix and apply just like the bottle says!

This was the solution for the problem created by the Miracle Sealant (see that review) I used on my wood-look ceramic floor tiles. This glaze guard is more costly, but it is fantastic. It takes a while to dry and you need to keep all pet hair, dirt, etc off while it sets or you will have permanent "memorabilia" in your finish, but it is very strong, and has a shiny look. I highly recommend this product over ANY sealant.
