Patharchatta Leaves, Patharchatta juice krishna herbal, Bryophyllum pinnatum, Stone of Kidney (50 Leaves)

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Patharchatta leaves I recently purchased. Overall, I have found them to be quite beneficial, but there are a few areas where improvements could be made: Packaging: The packaging of the Patharchatta leaves was adequate, but it would be beneficial to have more secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Misleading photo and no description given on the size of the leaves. Tiny, Brown, stale leaves were delivered. We invest time and money for what we see. Stop looting and frustrate the customers in the name of business. We place order for such medicinal leaves to get relief from kisney stone. Who in the world eats such tiny leaves for kidney stones? We need large to medium leaves to consume daily. Why do this business owner have to pluck the new leaves rather than large or medium leaves? Stop benefitting such pathetic businesses who are here just to make money online from innocent customers. Highly disappointed!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The Patharchatta leaves supplied this time are significantly smaller compared to what was provided earlier. I have ordered the same item before, and the quality and leaf size were much better, which is why I chose to reorder. This time, the leaves look immature and do not match the standard or expectations set by the previous supply. There was no indication or disclaimer about the change in quality or size, which makes the experience even more frustrating. Consistency in quality is very important, especially for repeat customers. Unfortunately, this delivery has been very unsatisfactory, and I would hesitate to recommend or reorder unless quality control is improved or clear communication is provided.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The Patharchatta leaves I received were much smaller than what was shown in the product images, which is misleading. Since the item is non-returnable, it feels like the seller has taken advantage of that and sent an inferior product. The leaves are of no practical use to me due to their size. Overall, this purchase has been a complete waste of my time, money, and expectations. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
