As for the effect, the result is quite average. I did not notice a significant change in my blood pressure over the course of a few weeks of use. It may have become a little more stable, but definitely not as much as I expected from the product description. Considering the price, I think that for such an amount I would have liked clearer results. The product is not bad and can act as an additional aid to a healthy lifestyle, but you should not expect a great effect from it alone.

Very good product I feel different since taking these. Less heady more alert. I noticed the pounding I used to hear in my ears at night has gone. I don't want any medication from the doctors as I don't feel they had my best intentions at heart. Was on 0.5mg and even though my pressure was not bad and steady wanted to increase to 10.mg? Told me I had to be on blood pressure tablets forever. Stopped their 7 years ago and have been mainly doing excerise and natural remedies since. This product Is good highly recommend.

Quite large to swallow, after month didn't notice any difference

Even though this comes from Europe, I received it within 10 days. This product had the combined ingredients I was looking for.

I purchased this product along with Kwai heart care and heart+ immune tablets about a month ago after a after a considerable time of research. I had been using them all - one tablet of each at different hours a day, there was no side effect noted, but with time It reduced my blood pressure from 139/80 -142/82 to 133/76-127/68, and not only the BP but my heart rate too which for the past two decades was 86-92, now it's down to 78-81. It feels good. I'm hoping that the company is using the ingredients in the tablets from clean natural sources.

This as well as the kwai heart care one a day have lowered my BP from 150/90 to 130/62 and it hasn't been a full month yet. I highly recommend this product.
