When I first learned about "Grounding", I was skeptical, but curious enough to try grounding. It literally works, if you haven't checked it out. (definitely check out how the body is impacted on a cellular level by frequency. This mat genuinely has made a difference for my hubby. He uses it when he is fatigued and sore. After a few nights, he notices less joint tension and deeper sleep. The material is soft but firm, easy to clean, and fits perfectly at the foot of my bed. I also tested it during the day at my desk and found it helpful for calming restlessness. It comes with everything you need to get started and feels like a simple upgrade to daily wellness that doesn't require effort once it's set up. Pros: Noticeably improved sleep Good size and sturdy construction Easy to clean and set up Tip: Use it barefoot for 20 minutes during the day if you can't sleep with it at night. Some grounding mats do not work properly. Testers are available to verify energy output. (hubby is also an electrician of 35+ years)

I was skeptical about the idea of a grounding pad, but I’ve really noticed a difference in my hip and back pain when I wake up in the morning! For $30, it was a low risk investment! The pad does slip around if I toss and turn, and you’re supposed to sleep with the plasticky side up, so that takes some getting used to. I plan to cover it with 100% cotton material to make it more comfortable and maybe secure it to my fitted sheet with safety pins so it will move around less.

What was great: Mat helped with better quality sleep & lower heart rate, according to my health app. Not so great: The cord broke after a few weeks. I’m ordering a new cord, but my recommendation would be for the company to include an extra in case this happens. It’s a small, flimsy cord.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Wow. This thing actually works! I feel this subtle relief of "pressure" from all my muscles and joints as soon as my skin comes in contact with this mat... and ONLY when its ground cable is properly grounded, so there's definitely something wonderful happening! Fit: This long skinny shape I figured I could use for a computer parts grounding mat if nothing else, but now I keep it on my bed to lay down on it, lengthwise! It often tries to scrunch up on the squishy mattress, but it's easy enough to simply stretch it back out. No creases or cracks at all! Very soft and supple feeling, suede-like material.

I was excited to get this and my tester. It's very thin, so sitting on the floor on it hurts. You have to put a yoga mat under it. It doesn't work in bed because it bunches up easily, every time you move. I tried puting it under my sheet, but was no longer grounded when I put the tester on it. Sleeping with a sticky, wrinkled plastic mat under my legs is nasty. I like the concept of grounding, but this mat doesn't fit my needs.

I ordered this grounding mat with high hopes. I used it maybe five times and then I wasn't feeling it working as I did the other times. I've read that once you start using it you don't always feel the tingling going through your feet. I assumed that was the case. Finally I had my husband try it and he didn't feel anything, he checked it with one of his electric testers and to my disappointment it wasn't working. Basically I got a few weeks worth of work out if it, of course now it's way past the return date. I would order one again but not this brand. Updated Review- After writing my review the seller reached out to me and gave me a full refund. I was very surprised and happy with the integrity of the seller. I'm still not sure if these mats are good quality or not, maybe I just got a bad one. In the end the outcome worked out for me.

Sometimes it's hard for me to believe that it's working because I get, I didn't get the device that went with it, but I'm gonna have faith in believe that it works, my shoulder feels better.Thank you very much

Arrived quickly and quality seems great. Haven't used it much but I look forward to seeing any benefits.

Came without a plug had to return it and don’t know which side up should it be

I love this grounding mat. I ground on it every morning for an hour before I go to work and in the evening watching TV. My legs feel so rejuvinated after grounding on this mat. I recomend this mat to everbody interested in grounding.
