I've tried several protein powders over the years, and Dymatize ISO100 continues to be one of my favorites. The Cookies & Cream flavor tastes great without being overly sweet, and it mixes very easily with both water and milk. I rarely end up with clumps, even when using just a shaker bottle. Each serving provides a solid amount of protein while staying relatively low in carbs and fat, making it easy to fit into my daily routine. I also appreciate that it's an isolate, which feels lighter on my stomach compared to some other protein powders I've used. Okay I’ve tried a lot of protein powders and this one is actually really good 😅 it mixes super smooth, no clumps, and the flavor is way better than I expected. No weird aftertaste either. I’ve been using it after workouts and it’s been perfect. If you struggle finding a protein that tastes good, this is it 💪✨

This product is amazing and the best thing is its flavor, I also got the strawberry one and it is also really good. For the quality it is not expensive at all, I really recommend it.

The supplement is great. I feel like the value is there for the money. I normally drink 4 scoops per day. I do however wish I would have known that I am severely allergic to this particular flavor [cookies ‘n cream] or the “ISO 100” (specifically), because I broke out in hives for 3 days and went full insomniac. I couldn’t sleep for the 3 days I took this powder, because my skin was on fire. Between all the new supplements I started recently, it took me 3 days to figure out what to exclude from my supplemental routine. I’m not sure what specific ingredient(s) are causing the reaction. Not everyone is allergic to whatever it might be that is causing the allergic reaction, but I will say the cookies ‘n cream flavor is THE bomb, and I really wish I didn’t have to spend $110 to find out I’m allergic to this powder. This product is awesome, but I unfortunately have to swap back to Optimum Nutrition’s powders, because I have previously used their mirror isolate and haven’t had this issue.

A high-quality and reputable brand for whey protein isolate (Hydrolyzed) powder at a reasonable price that I've tried so far. Amazing taste, quality, and fast absorption. I liked it better with water as opposed to milk; it's best to consume within 30 min after workouts. Highly recommended 👍
