So easy to take. Has no taste but add to my electrolyte water after being at the gym. I have noticed a native difference in my muscle recovery especially my after an intense weights session. Comes well packaged and was good value for money.

Does what it says on the tin. Stronger muscle contractions when lifting weights. Clearer more focused mind. Not that it says that on the tin 😂

I love the taste of these. I add 2 scoops into a glass of water and collagen every morning.They add a fizz to the water.I don't do weight training, just a lady in her 50s trying to keep my muscle strength up.I do feel stronger from taking these and feel my arms are a little more toned from carrying the dog.
