I’m 33 & it seems like I’m always fighting feeling so tired & just “meh” all the time. I’m on this journey to find anything that helps. It’s always better to get your blood & hormones checked to confirm what you’re lacking in if any, but everything is money & sometimes you just don’t have the time. I’ve been on a hunt for a good vitamin that I wouldn’t dread or forget taking. Decided to try these & I genuinely like them. The pill isn’t huge but it’s also not super small. It’s manageable to swallow for me though. I take one every morning (it’s been 3 weeks roughly) & notice I feel a bit more awake & energized in the mornings. I don’t think that feeling lasts the entire day (I’m tired again by early afternoon 2-3ish already lol) but I am sleeping better at night too so I’d say it’s a pretty good choice to start with at least. I also don’t feel like puking after taking it. I have IBS & it doesn’t upset my stomach thankfully. I would repurchase if I don’t find another option to try.

These are easy to swallow, little to no taste, the quality and quantity is great for the price. They’re a good choice for adding to your supplements. I like this brand and have had great results with many of their other products

Hands down THE BEST! I have tried countless vitamins but I am picky! I love the 1 pill dose that gives the amount of vitamins and nutrients needed without feeling sick at my stomach. I search for high quality raw fermented food based vitamins for the best quality and these check all of my boxes. They are a tablet form to they do not stick together nor get stuck in my throat when swallowing them. I literally noticed a difference the very next day of taking them. I also love knowing that my body is actually absorbing the nutrients and not just passing through in my urine (that bright yellow color)…..there is none of that. I have more energy, I sleep better and just feel better overall when I take these vitamins. I know they are a little pricey but they are worth it, they last longer than 1 month and to me, you can not put a dollar sign on your health!

I'd give 10 stars if allowed. I have Fibromyalgia and most days I'm pretty sluggish. I figured time to update my vitamins. We'll, I did a Google search under vitamins for senior women and was referred to New Chapter Womens Every day vitamin. Not even a week after starting the vitamins, I felt so much better. My husband noticed and at that time, I didn't know to give credit to the vitamin. As the week passed and the 2nd week passed, I knew for sure it's the vitamin. I told my hairdresser, and my older brother my experience and the both wanted to order it. My husband asked last week for the man's version and he is now swearing by it. I have nothing cautionary to say.

It provided me with sufficient energy for most of the day as I am 60. I would have preferred a little more. Its easy to swallow.

I found this brand locally a year ago and have used their workout recovery supplement and fell in love with this brand. Decided to finish up my multivitamin and give this one a try. Definitely glad I did. Every multi vitamin I've used in the past has made me nauseous so I would avoid taking it early in the morning. But these are amazing.
