This is awesome. I wake up with tension headaches and by just placing this under my neck it releases the tension. I totally don’t understand how it works, but it did for me. Almost like needle therapy. It’s small enough to put on your bedside table and very easy to use. I have had it for several weeks and have used it often and it has held up great. It’s small enough to fit in luggage for vacation or work trips.

I love this thing. I had no idea something like this existed until I was searching for migraine relief. Let me just start with no, it will not remedy the migraine entirely. It does, however, help with the pain and dizziness SIGNIFICANTLY. Now I find myself using it for everything. It feels extra great on feet too.

This pillow is a must have with the Bed Of Nails mat. It is the perfect set. So if you get this, you have to also get the mat that goes with it, and you won’t be sorry! I love this! It is so relaxing for my neck and head pain. I suffer from frequent headaches and head pain from brain surgery, and this is perfect for stimulating my head. I love it! If you lay on this along with the mat for at least 10 minutes a day, your body feels so much better and not to mention it is good for your mind as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with both of my purchases. You wouldn’t think that laying on something like this would feel good, but it is amazing!

It takes some getting used to, but it does the trick for pain relief.

Good for stretching out back as well. Acupuncture points on back help with pain relief very comfortable on bare skin

After reading reviews, I was hopeful this product would work for relieving my chronic daily pain. It did not. Couldn't use @ all. Don't recommend if you suffer from fibromyalgia. Much too hard. Really painful. Had to return.

It feels good, and need to get used to it.

5 min on this before sleep has really improved my neck. I also find it very relaxing. If you have recurring neck pain, don’t hesitate and get this! Much better efficacy and value compared to massages I used to get
