A great family game
Must be the ninth set so far. Every time we okay this game with different friends they all like it so we get them a set as a present.

Watch the tube video
This has proved to be a fun game with a lot of family interaction. It does help to have seen the tv series but not essential. I would recommend watching the how to play video. I suspect we will be playing this as a family for a while.

Loads of fun
This game is loads of fun for families. We played with 5 players for 6 rounds and enjoyed it so much we played another game straight after. Don’t trust anyone, especially the kids!

Bit disappointing
Bit disappointed about the game. After watching the TV show, I expected the game to similar. The rules were sometimes harder to understand and had go over several times before we started to play. Eventually played the game. Al I can say was it was OK. Wasn't exciting enough to play all the time, but now and again. Personally scoring 4 out of 10.

Kids enjoyed it
Took a little bit of trial and error reading the instructions which I did find a little confusing (may have been the wine!) but overall this was a fun game with the family- interesting to see which of my kids lie through their teeth so convincingly too!

Simply not what you'd expect The Traitors game to be
So, the first thing you'd expect from a game based on The Traitors is for one or more players in the game to be traitors! The TV show is above all else a social deduction game. THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL DEDUCTION GAME. Instead, you get a fairly average card game where players can use traitor cards to eliminate other players, who can only defend themselves from being out of the game with another specific card type (the shield), while trying to amass as much gold as possible for only themselves and having to discard gold into a central pot. When two players are left or the cards run out then the remaining players enact The Prisoner's (sorry, Traitor's) dilemma to determine who gets the gold - a situation in which the optimal play is always obvious. I didn't like it much while playing it, and while describing it I've found myself liking it even less. You want the EXPERIENCE of The Traitor without coughing up stupid coin on this thing. Get The Resistance or Avalon instead, try Mafia De Cuba, or even just learn how to play Werewolf/Mafia on the internet. You're welcome.
