Does this help with pealing nails?

My nails, both fingernails and toenails were peeling off and the doctor told me it was because I was keeping polish on my nails all the time and they could not breathe, which they needed to do. I had to let the damaged, peeling nails grow out (toenails take almost twice as long as fingernail) Once the damaged nails were grown out I started using Orly Breathable polish only and I have had not problem at all with peeling nails.

Are any of the colors sheer?

Nourishing Nude is. Because it’s not high shine and it dulls down with wear, it makes my nails looked as if they’ve been buffed—not a glossy French manicure look. Two coats give me enough color to counteract yellow.

I’m Muslim, can I pray wear this nails polish?

There is a lot of controversy surrounding “halal” nail polish, but more reliable sources then not say it’s permissible. I use it all the time.
