Can this bottle continuously spray? I can only seek to get a "pump" spray ?

This is a squeeze pump spray. It is not continuous like an aerosol cooking spray can.

Is replacement filter available?

I don’t know, I would think so.

Will it work with thicker oils like peanut oil?

I only have used it for olive oil. I don’t know the consistency of peanut oil. If it is similar, I don’t see it would be a problem.

Will this sprayer handle chemicals like solvents and penetrating oils? Also, is the spray pattern adjustable?

The spray is not adjustable. I would not think it would be good for those type of oils. Besides the bottle, everything is plastic and probable would not hold up.
