Fantastic Result
Absolutely LOVE this ball and it has released so much tightness in my lower back/hip area. It is very tender when you start using it but that lessens as the tissue starts to release. I will take this on holiday with me!!

Really useful piece of kit, when attempting to reales a muscle the tune up alpha ball is really useful. It provides a slightly wider and softer surface compared to my lacrosse ball. I find it especially useful for tight hip flexors.

Bin begeistert. Ich habe bereits die kleinen tune up Bälle und den großen Coregeous. Der Alphaball ist noch mal eine gute Ergänzung mit gutem Druckpunkt.
