The most direct and friendliest customer service
I had questions about my Somfy blinds as they were already installed when I moved in, and stopped working. I called Mike who had his contact information in the shipping package provided if I had any questions. He picked right up and was friendly and helpful. The remote was lighting up and I may need a charger instead. We troubleshooted together and he is going out of his way to get more information on the motor. This was a the best customer service and help with a product I’ve received in my 53 years.

This did not work

It worked after an 18 step reprogram was installed.
The remote did exactly what it was intended to do. It opened my awning after being reprogrammed.
