Great Quality - Cheap Price
With the recent love with Bubble Tea, I had to look for tutorials to make my own bubble tea at home, I had the majority of ingredients but the tapioca pearls it self.I saw this on Amazon and compared with quite a few. For 1kg it only costs around 7 Pounds where other sellers are selling 200+ grams for 5 Pounds. Thus I went with this.The instructions were very clear and easy to do. Managed to make a lot of tapioca pearls.They are bland so will need to be mixed with caramel (brown sugar + water) to add some taste.Only 1 minor issue as to why I didn't give it 5 star is the texture has something missing to it, also goes hard if left for a while.

Easy to prepare
They cooked perfectly with a soft, chewy texture that’s ideal for bubble tea.But personally I don't like the taste maybe my taste buds are different from other I was thinking they will be filled with juice from inside but it was something solid in it.
