I didnt just win. I annhilated the opposition.
Love it! Once you have had 3 or 4 goes it does make things quicker. On the first go I was lucky enough to own boardwalk and park place (this is the yank version) with 3 houses. (Once I bought the hotels everyone quit. As is usually the case with monopoly ๐) The sound from the card machine when 14mil exchanges hands is music to the ears and no counting time either. Rubbish lieces. No top hat. Only 4 plastic counters (who plays more than 4 people in monopoly but seriously the classic has metal counters) Even though I have only played once I enjoyed the difference with the electronic banking macbine. Even easier to cheat for those who can t be trusted but supervise their actions and you will be fine. Good fun. Crushed the opponents. When I upgraded to hotels from 3 houses on boardwalk and park place as well as all of the reds it cost me 25.5mil Handset only accepts funds up to 20mil ร s that's the highest figure payable on the board. I still had 12.7mil in the bank after that. Mathematically I have this game worked out but Mayfair and park lane were unusually lucrative in game one.

Classic game spoilt . . . .
The chip and pin totally spoils Monopoly... far to complicated to use and takes to long... very boring game without the banker and proper notes to deal with!!!

Great invention
Very very easy to use. Saves dealing iut cash and arguing about how many one hundred notes you get and how many twentyโs. Just make sure you keen an eye on the bankers fingers when heโs adding money to his own card.

great game!
My 9 year old son loves playing monopoly so this was a great birthday present for him. He is thrilled with the electronic version. The bank cards store the data for you so no messy piles of money to sort out at the end of the game which is also great.

I don't like the fact money was in 'M' and 'K' and ...
I was upset I got the US rather than UK version but apparently the Q & A is something I should not follow as situations can change. I don't like the fact money was in 'M' and 'K' and it is so easy for both adults and kids to make mistakes and you can easily add rather that minus money. It takes longer with the electronic device and it is in life as it is in a game much nicer in true Delboy fashion to look at your wad of notes! It's different and not a bad price. Just because your play pieces have to match the colour of your debit cards that are nasty plastic rather than metal. The box did not come with a display tray for the properties or houses and gave you cheap plastic bags to put them in. I bought it for my son as he has the standard Monopoly and the Walking Dead Monopoly so this was to add to the collection.

Monolopy for wrong country!
The Monopoly version received was the USA version not UK (London) version that we expected. There was no indication on the Amazon website to this effect and nothing on the box so we only found out when our Granddaughter opened it on Christmas Day. Whilst we are less than happy with this it was a bit late to find out and return the game so now she is learning about the worth of USA property. There really should be an clear indication on the website as to which version is being purchased especially when we purchased from the Amazon UK website. The electronic game version is OK but personally we far prefer the original version and think it would be better for children to learn about real money and this version seems over complicated.

Fast, simple play with no cheating!
The electronic version makes play so much simpler - no more messing around with change and hundreds of bits of losable paper. Great to know your current amount at any time so you know if you can afford the rent! The first game with my husband (a known cheater of the game) was fantastic and fun. Everything was easy to work out when mortgaging (which he had to do... a lot) and I loved watching the amount rise on the screen!

Our family love Monopoly, but as most know, the game can take quite a while to finish. This is where the "bank cards" and "banking machine" come in to play - without having to deal with all of the paper money, it cuts down on the time needed to play the game. If you have bouncy or ADD kids like mine, it helps prevent money from going missing and the area needed to play takes up less space because of this, so we can play on the couch or bed. Playing in a comfortable area aside from a kitchen table is a plus for me since I am disabled and need to be seated in comfortable seating such as the couch or bed. I was the banker the first time we played and got the hang of the banking machine really quick. Half way through the game I was a whiz at working the machine, which again, helps the game take up less time. Since I was playing with 2 bouncy kids, I kept everyone's bank card in front of me and had them lay out their properties in the center of the game board facing them. I propped the board up on the boxes it comes in and put it in bed so we were able to comfortably lounge around during this last North Eastern blizzard and play Monopoly all day. The game pawns are plastic and colored, which matches the colored bank cards. Since I keep the bank cards in front of me for quicker banking when I'm playing with my bouncy kids, if I forget which bank card belongs to who, I just need to match the colored pawn to the card. Overall a GREAT game that not only reflects our modern age electronic banking in real life, but helps lend to a quicker, less messier game! Now, if only they made the Doctor Who Electronic version...

My granddaughter was very happy with this birthday gift. My only complaint is that it came unwrapped so if she had been here at the time there would of been no surprise.

This was a hit at Xmas with my family. 3 adults and 3 teens. I was the banker and the rest were super capitalists, buying everything they landed on. The upgrade was a nice touch with the electronic ATM and card system making the game go very fast indeed. The banker doesn't need to keep track and the players just see their money come and go. I think this could be an excellent way to teach bank card use to young ones but there isn't much accountability with the system as it stands, this works well to have flow in this game but doesn't help with the teaching angle. The trick we did learn was that you should BUY BUY BUY and make sure you get a monolopy as fast as you can or the game drags on with millions in the bank and no end in sight. The 14yo bought the railroads and cleaned up big time but since no one else would sell at a reasonable price we ended up going till 2am with no true winner except each of us bc we had such a fun time. Well, except for the fanagaling to get the owners to sell. And no one landed on the coveted Park Place until everything was bought up.
