I was sceptical about this product at first as i had tried other essential oils to help my autistic son to settle down at bed time, he is 5 and bedtimes used to be hard, consisting of keep going to his room to put him back to bed, he would wake up frequently through the night. Since using this ( and its my 3rd bottle now) my little boy recognises the smell and associates it with winding down time, no more going in to keep putting him back to bed , nomore getting up several times a night to settle him back down . Great for night terrors too. We finally can get full night of sleep again and my son is so much easier through the day as he has a full night of sleep. I find it works great in a routine of bath before bed, he walks into his room and knows its bedtime now. Can not recommend this product enough for our families experience, of course each child is different, one parent's miracle cure is another mums disappointment.

Worked wonders on my 3 year old, had to switch to another pillow spray after a while as i think he got used too it and wouldn't work as well Smells really good too. I would leave it for about half an hour before bed, it is very oily when first applied

Bought as a sleep aid for my 4 year old with ASD. He always seems hyped up after bath time and takes ages to settle him for bed but with a few sprays in his pillow he seems to settle quicker and once I leave the room he is out immediately. May just be the placebo affect but somethings working.

Please do not order this item!! It has resulted in a trip to an and e as my 3 year old had a serious allergic reaction with their eyes!!
