I don't know if these help or not. I kept thinking what is that smell when I was taking supplements. I know I have a good sense of smell, so I had others smell the opened bottle and even my 93 year old Mom who swears she has lost her sense of smell could smell these and turned her head away. I can sometimes swallow something quickly if I know it is extremely beneficial and is worth the temporary gagging sensation. Since I can't tell any difference with this product and since I have reviewed the feedback after trying to contact the manufacturer without success, I just cancelled the subscribe and save. I am leaving this in hopes that AI which is not all that smart will pick up on the oder and mention it in the product summary!So I have an almost full bottle of stinky pills and since the return window has expired I may use them around plants to keep the wildlife away!

i do the carnivore diet and if ya know what that means it means you need fiber or you will 100% be in pain and these things genuinely work i can not stress how much these actually do what they say. also my pregnant wife takes em and she loves them too
