I open 2 caps and put into my morning coffee. Within an hour or so I am aware of the effects of the Lion's mane as my mental activity becomes sharp. I am only going to be relating my own personal experience here, like with anything, do your own research before committing. Let's face it, there are things out there that isn't good for man nor beast.Appears to be a decent brand, price point is good, has the big ten in medicinal mushrooms which is a + in that fewer supplements on the shelf, a - in that sometimes the ratio of each to the whole may not be what is optimal for you. In the 6+ months that I've been taking this supplement I have noticed a benefit in many areas, most notably is my cognition. This is an add on to the other supplements that I also take.Would recommend

Sounds good on paper, but I don't know that I noticed any difference from taking this product. Certainly didn't grow shroom cap on my head though, so there's that. If you like what you've seen in the research, give it a try—won't hurt.

Took 2 at first fealt amazing if your a sensitive person to any kind of stimulant or anything id say take one or two in the morning with a meal and your set it gave me the extra lil boost I needed in my life :)
