I have used amino X for a few months now, and I DO love this supplement, primarily for the taste -- I mean. .the blue raz is seriously my treat when working out, its like drinking a blue airhead, but apart from that, I did notice nominal decreases in downtime between workouts. I was cowed for about 7 months and couldn't work out.. so when I came back I hit it hard.. I did notice that when I was out of this product I would stay sore for 2 or 3 days instead of 1 or 2, so in that aspect it did its work to help with recovery, but I didn't get any added boost during my workouts, and take C4 as my pre now which really gets me going for the tough workouts. I will say that this stuff mixes in just about any manner, shaker bottle, blender.. you can even stir it.. it really mixes in perfectly everytime. The taste is so strong I usually pump a tsp of maca powder in with it for added energy and it still tastes amazing. If you're the type thats taken a lot of supplements before, then you'll truly appreciate this one.

I'm not one to boast about recovery times from supplements as I bought this to use as an energy sustainer during workouts. I do notice that in my small water bottle that if I don't keep adding water through my workout then I get a bloated feeling, mostly because my pre-workout is taken 30-40 minutes prior and consists of creapure and C4 cellucor. Otherwise this product gives me consistent energy through workouts and I usually save some for post workout which definitely assists in recovery. I have also noticed better definition in my muscles since taking this product. Taste: 7/10 & 10/10 I give it a 7 because at first it has this funky sweetener flavor that left a bitter aftertaste in my mouth for the first 3-6 days of use. After you get used to that the blue raz flavor is absolutely delicious, tastes like cotton candy.

I like the taste and the fact that its stimulant free. It dissolves easily and helps me drink more water during my workouts. Only issue for me is the blue razz has Blue 1 and a couple flavors contain Red 40. Just use Beet powder instead. I don't want or need artificial colors in anything I consume. I would like to see companies stop putting these synthetic dyes into products. I'd change my review to 5 stars if BSN removed the artificial colors.

I find it just makes me feel good after I workout. I’ve been using it on and off since 2015. It’s not expensive is a plus.

I was so excited to receive this and I put a scoop in 10 ounces of water before I headed to my workout class. I tasted it and almost spit it out. It was absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe that some people said the taste was good because I honestly can’t see how. I still tried to stomach it down, and I drank almost all of it.I can’t even describe how disgusting this was and not only was the taste terrible, it did not give me any energy whatsoever during my workout, and if anything, I felt more tired than I was before I drank it. Thankfully, when I attempted to return the item, I was told to keep the item and refund refunded the cost of this pre-workout so I am very satisfied with the customer service. but now I don’t know what to do with this protein powder as I will never use this again, and I don’t want to set anyone else up by giving it to them.

Certainement les meilleurs BCAA du marché au niveau rapport qualité - prix. 10g de bcaa par dose soit le double de beaucoup de produits concurrents, et en plus 2g d'électrolytes pour la réhydratation, le tout pour 0g de sucres ! Le goût framboise bleue (blue raz) est délicieux et bien rafraîchissant. A boire très frais pour bien apprécier le goût. je recommande ce produit et j'en racheterai.

Der Artikel an sich super angenehmer geschmeckt, was nicht toll war ist das das die Dose anscheinend offen war oder aufgemacht wurde und schon etwas länger offen war. Somit haben sich in der Dose Klumpen gebildet.

amazing stuff , not gunna lie i bought some tablets before and they didnt seem to make any difference , i then bought some BSN cellmass , then looked at this for a new way to get everything i need , i have a half gallon BSN jug i drink 2 a day i put 2-3 scoops in each jug my recovery time and endurance have gone up so much , i do alot of circuit training and its made so much different , put it this way i use to train 1-2 hours a day and be knackered now i train 4 hours a day and right now i feel great dont feel slugish or tired , " also , irrelevent ive lost 1.3 stone in 2 weeks and this has been a huge factor , i drink it as a normal drink now i have a 1 half gallon jug during training topped up with abit of water then i just drink this normally like squash or anything and it tastes sooooo nice , " i will be buying 3 more tubs on friday when i get paid " like i said i use about 4=5 scoops a day
