That was until I found this deal on Amazon.Since then, it's become my go to probiotic! It consistently helps get everything back to normal and keeps my bowel movements regular without being harsh. I've never experienced any unpleasant side effects, stomach cramps, or bloating while taking it, which has been a huge plus. The pill size is small enough and easy to swallow. Along with gut regulation I have also noticed clearer skin and normalized energy levels. Lastly, and I don't think a lot of people realize this...but it's a three in one Pre/Pro/Postbiotic! It's like three products in one.I've haven't tried any other probiotics, but considering this one does exactly what i'm looking for in a probiotic....I see no reason to test others. Purchased these based on the recommendation of a medical professional in the USA who lived overseas and trained in multiple places. Find them more useful than other OTC probiotics when working on my health and meal planning. If, “what goes in, also comes out”- then, if you want to work on your digestive track (or flow through your core) these do the trick. I don’t have children in my house so take this review with a grain of salt.
