No PFAS, great size!
This rice cooker is exactly what I hoped it would be. There are no bells or whistles, no overly complicated (and hard to clean) design elements. It is simply a stainless pot, press-marked with water level recommendations on one side, and a glass lid, both of which are dishwasher safe. The whole thing goes from the electric heating part to a cooling rack, and from there into the refrigerator, and eventually into the dishwasher. Two key reasons for using stainless:1) No PFAS or other forever chemicals, which come with most of the "nonstick" coated rice cookers out there. No plastic touching the food as it heats up, to leech anything into your meal. The metal will last far longer than a coating, too, so this cooker ought to have a much longer 'lifespan' than the 'nonstick' types out there. My previous rice cooker, an expensive Tiger brand nonstick version, started showing wear and scratches on the lining after just 2 years of use--and that was in spite of hand-washing and carefully using only the plastic rice paddle provided with the cooker. Once the nonstick coating begins to scratch, you know that you're ingesting PFAS. This stainless rice cooker will never have that problem.2) So much more durable. You can use other implements than the plastic paddle, it can go in the dishwasher, you can really scrub the pot if you've cooked something other than rice (like oat porridge) and it stuck on...I can't stress enough how much I like that the pot and lid both lift out of the electric element, and are fully washable. I loathe, absolutely despise, the type of rice cooker that has a hinged lid incorporated into the heating part of the frame, which cannot be easily removed and cleaned. Those lids become disgusting after a few years, even if you're careful to wipe them and leave them open to dry. Also, the pots in those versions do not come with their own lids, for moving them into the fridge for leftovers; what a poor design! I'm never buying a hinged rice cooker again. This stainless rice cooker comes with a lid that is both easy to clean, and moves with it into the fridge. Simpler, cleaner, and just better. There's only one thing I don't necessarily love about this rice cooker: the amount of rice measured in the provided cup (a standard "rice measuring cup" is about 3/4 cup in regular measurements) doesn't fully correspond to the water lines provided in the pot. This may have to do with the types of rice I prefer: basmati, jasmine, and regular 'long grain' white rice. They all seem to need a bit more water than the indicated line for the number of cups. If I add water up to the next line (ex: water line 8 for 7 rice measuring cups of rice), it cooks up nicely; neither too hard nor too squishy, no excess water. However, if I do this with 10 measuring cups, the rice inflates right out of the pot and lifts the lid way off the rim! In reality, this pot can only fit 8 rice measuring cups of a long grain white rice. That's still a lot of rice, completely filling the pot up to the lid. Maybe with a less fluffy type of rice, their measurements would be accurate.Still my favorite rice cooker (out of many cookers, over the years), after two months of constant use. Highly recommend.

Awesome stainless steel pan
Someone put dents around the outside bottom of the stainless steel pan but the cooker is a little workhorse. I cooked soup and today bone broth. It’s SO HANDY! Good buy! Thumbs up 👍

Rice cooker
The rice cooker with the stainless steel inner pot is fast in cooking and easy to clean. It is lightweight with an ample power cord length.

Does what it needs to do COOK RICE
Got it mainly because it's a stainless steel inner pan. It's not a great as my older rice cooker, but at least I don't have to worry about scraped up coating in my rice. Just had to adjust the water ratio a little more to account for this one.

Still using it, had to replace the handle
The handle broke when the lid got dropped. The glass lid did not break. I replaced the handle with a silicone knob.

The legs are broken
Haven’t got the chance to use it. It is already in the returning basket. For the quality of the product. Cheap cheap cheap made. So flimsy made that is it qualified as toddler’s toy. Of course, don’t buy it for children. It will cut them. Two of the three legs were broken upon arrival. The diameter of the inner pot is about 3/4” smaller than the outer shell. Even the manufacturer can argue they use the air gap for insulation to retain heat, still, that is way excessive of play between inner pot and the outer shell. As for the seller, thumbs up for quick delivery. But the information was absolutely incorrect. I ordered a 20 cups cooked rice cooker. The inner pot is clearly marked 5 cups. That is 5 cups of uncooked rice. And there is no way 5 cups of uncooked rice can expand to 20 cups. Besides, the inner pot can only hold 10 cups of water at best. Only reason I ordered this is because it said it has a stainless steel inner pot versus Teflon coated. Don’t waste your time and gas money to ups for return

Healthy upgrade over non-stick alternatives
We cook with electric pans and pots regularly. We had been using some of the various aluminum/nonstick products. Those things are horrible for your health (aluminum causes dimentia, for example). We imagine some grades of stainless steel will be healthier (though haven't fully researched - just wanted to get awy form the aluminum coated stuff that peels over time). These are easy to clean - especaily if you don't let your food cool in them overnight. We use steel brillo, lightly when needed and they don't show heavy scratches.

‼️ P65 warning ‼️
Just received this stainless steel pot rice cooker and it has a p65 warning on it. I contacted the company to see why. Their response was that it’s from the cord. The inside only has 4 cups and up formeasurements. A bit challenging to only make 1-2 cups without measuring. Add a touch of coconut oil or oil or butter of your choice so it doesn’t stick to the bottom. Didn’t have to do this with the other cookers we’ve used. Small thing to do for stainless steel though. No forever chemicals or plastics with stainless steel. Also unplug it and remove the inner pot/bowl immediately when done so it doesn’t continue to sit on the heating element and burn.
