UPDATE>>>>>>>> 3rd or 4th bottle in (I alternate between the gold and the complete) I thought the empty capsule in the bottle was just a one time manufacturing issue. I could see the powder in the bottom of the bottle. Then bottle #2 & bottle #3 this continued and this last bottle it was more than just one capsule. Taking these with every meal and more if needed is expensive enough and so yes every capsule counts. Not sure I will be getting again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been on the hunt for an affordable digestive enzyme that could help with dairy, gluten, and just generally making my stomach a little less dramatic. These have honestly exceeded my expectations. I've had a gluten sensitivity for years, and normally if I eat gluten, I end up feeling bloated, puffy, and generally regretting my life choices. Since starting these, I've been taking one with every meal, and I've intentionally tested them with foods that would normally leave me feeling miserable. The difference has been noticeable. I don't feel nearly as bloated, I'm more regular than I was before, and while I still occasionally get a little gassy, it passes pretty quickly instead of lingering all day. I was previously using a digestive enzyme from my doctor that cost about twice as much, and so far these have worked just as well for me. Everyone's digestive system is different, so your experience may not be the same as mine. But for me, these have been a fantastic value, and I'll definitely be repurchasing.

I have a rare condition called CSID. I won’t bother you with the boring details I will say that I am extremely limited as to what I can eat. My body doesn’t process sugars like it’s supposed to causing a lot of GI issues. Which makes starches hard to digest also. With that being said there’s nothing to cure my condition but Enzymedica’s Digest Gold was recommended to me by my pharmacist who knows of my condition. And WOW what a difference this has made. Though I still have to be careful as to how much starches I consume this has given back more options to my limited diet and my only regret is that I didn’t find this sooner, like 2 years ago sooner! It’s a bit big at first glance but it is smooth to go down and it doesn’t leave a nasty taste in my mouth. I have not noticed any odor to it. I’m beyond grateful for this. I live for these. I’ve been using these for years seriously it breaks down all the food in your stomach and it comes out very easily. Sorry about that part lol it keeps your stomach flat keeps you from being super bloated especially if you eat meat. I love this product and I would recommend it to everybody even kids that eat meat. my whole family takes this as well super healthy for all ages.

I have suffered from "IBS", with chronic indigestion, numerous trigger foods, pains that last for as much as 36 hours, malnutrition and "food aversion" because of that, and tried EVERY significant digestive Enzyme product on the market [including lately the popular Source Naturals Essential] , probiotics [oh me....], etc and seen a half dozen gastroenterologists over a lifetime since teens only just now finding one good one out of the bunch of awful ones. I know every "pop culture" cure, fad, voodoo thing that IBS sufferers pass around in hope. THIS PRODUCT flat works wonders. If you read the ingredients and their levels/concentrations, it is a BARGAIN compared to other that completely leave out some enzymes because they can't be produced cheaply. The only thing Enzymedica Digest Gold + ATPro does not have [nobody else does either] I wish it DID have [I'll buy, Enzymedica hope you read this] is DAO, which is necessary to break down dietary HISTAMINE in the gut, and body-produced Histamine in the GI tract [a bad, bad thing for me]. [The science on DAO is not as solid as we wish, and its production for use is tricky and there are a few FAKES around just so you know]. But Enzymedica's product is literally the ONLY one I have found in decades of try/fail that actually works, works consistently, even at split-dose I experimented with. I wish they would print something about how long is persists in the GI tract, but that is probably so idiosyncratic in different individuals as to render all claims "DOA" so can't blame them. What works for me is to go ahead and eat some breakfast, and maybe a brunch item [i don't eat heavy], then take it and it will do the job essentially all day long. I am stunned - pinching myself. Full disclosure I originally picked this up in desperation at our best grocer in TX, on an impulse, not knowing what to expect except another fail. Since then I only order from AMAZON [yay AZN]. God willing I will never be without this [pleezzz]. I mean it sincerely. I still avoid obvious trigger categories like the entire Chili pepper family [paprika sneaks into so many packaged foods....uggh], I leave dairy alone though I'm not totally intolerant, etc but SINCE taking this I eat way more than I could before [still ghastly underweight but that will change now], go to bed without meds for gut pain - you get the picture. Fellow sufferers: you are doubting me - I do get it, as so many want to give me advice and I just stop up my ears and move on - I've read thousands of pages of real science on the topic. Just try it. Please, for your health's sake, JUST try it. Sincerely.. And NO - i have never worked for Enzymatica, I don't even know if they are stock listed, nobody asked me to do this, I'm not a pro reviewer, just a pro digestive-disorder-sufferer - I know a LOT about that.

Pour moi le produit est efficace. Si je mange un peu plus pour des occasions, en en prenant je ne reprends pas de poids, contrairement à avant. Néanmoins je trouve qu'une gélule entière peut-être trop forte et provoque de l'inconfort digestif après. Je vous conseille d'essayer d'abord de ne prendre qu'une demi gélule pour un gros repas et voir si c'est suffisant. Pour moi ça l'est. Voire un tiers ou moins (vous ouvrez la gélule et en diluez un peu dans une petite quantité d'eau ou de jus de fruits en secouant et reversant du liquide s'il en reste, ce n'est pas très bon mais ça va) si vous en prenez régulièrement pour des repas normaux pour perdre du poids.

Aunque he comprobado que el producto me ayuda mucho en mejorar la digestion en comidas copiosas, en ocasiones me ocasiona algun malestar o acidez. Creo que es demasiado quizas para mi caso.
