Great carry case for insulin. It holds 2 trulicity pens

Great little case, works great.
Works absolutely great. It comfortably fits a Mounjaro pen & a repatha pen for travel. I used it for my flights to Mexico and other destinations. Have no problems with TSA and it does keep everything cold for at 6 hrs, that's the longest I've kept them in there, before putting it into a fridge.

Small and compact
I ordered this to travel travel internationally, I was able to get through tsa with ease. Also flight was 8 hrs. Not including travel and wait time. I would say a total of 16 hrs and when I got my destination my meds was still cold. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Great for short flights
This item securely holds two vials of insulin or epi-pen type devices. The gel filled ice packets freeze easily enough. It is by far one of the better solutions, to maintain temperature for your neccesary medications, that I have found. The only drawback I have found, during the several months I have been using this product, is that the gel packs do not stay frozen for more that a few hours and then rapidly lose temperature. This is fine for a short flight, but could be worrisome for flights of several hours duration. Having said that, this item is built well and so far has proved to be durable.

Not good enough
It comes with two ice packs, but only one fits at a time. It was supposed to keep your insulin cold for 10 to 12 hours, but mine only worked for a few hours. The outside of the container forms condensation right away.
