Perfect size - I initially ordered the large by mistake, which were far too big, but these are perfect. Finally worked out the best way to apply them, because one side was continually pinging off.They exert just enough pull to keep airways open comfortably through the night, and they stay put. Downside - they really stick and they are slightly uncomfortable to remove. Best way is to just bite the bullet and rip them off.Excellent product.

For me unfortunately they make very little difference at all. I've followed the instructions and made sure they are not too high or low and spent a few nights experimenting.I'll tell you one thing - they bloomin stick well.... quite painful to pull off (hopefully they grab a few blackheads at the same time)Won't be buying anymore.

The product was good, it didn't look too stupid to wear, it was quite comfortable, but it did cause some itching. The adhesive held untill the early hours say abot 5-6 am, but then one side usually came away, and wouldn't re-stick. The product does work and alleviates a lot of the snoring, but not all.

I suffer with sleep apnea and was told to try these strips before the more invasive treatments and they’ve really made a difference! I used to wake up all through the night struggling to breathe but now with these strips on I sleep all the way through the night without waking up at all for the first time in many years! So simple yet so effective!

I have been using the leading brand for many years and when new lower price copies come out I give them a try. The Sleepeze strips are better than most copies but still lack in a few areas. The glue is too strong and even taking them off in the shower it still took skin off my nose, I had to stop after 3 nights because of bleeding. The glue smells, noticeably, and is not a pleasant smell to sleep with. They are too short for my nose and only seem to come in one size. Back to the leading brand for me I'm afraid.

Product doesn't work, they don't stick to nose all night and tend to fall off. Hasn't reduced snoring at all. Waste of money and won't be buying again.

Item arrived super quick and do the same job as the expensive brands. I fold them in half before peeling the backing off as this helps them to stay in place when you put them on. I’ve not had any come off so far and help me sleep better for sure. Overall very happy

As someone who needs to wear nasal strips regularly I do look out for cheaper alternatives, I followed the instructions to the letter but one half sprung off during the night as with other less expensive options. You could get away with using them for sport, but I will have to bite the bullet and pay for the good ones
