Can you use this instead of foundation?

I put sun protection on first, every day of the year, then with fingertips use as concealer, eye shadows, and contour with no problem. I would not recommend as foundation as it is not liquid. I am very fair and very rarely wear foundation but when I do I still use this as I say for concealer, highlights on cheekbones and middle of eyelids, then a darker one for under eyes and top corners of eyes, and another for contouring.
