JUMPOW Heel Protectors Heel Cushion Support for Plantar Fasciitis Relief

These gel heel cups have helped me a lot with heel pain and discomfort, especially during long hours of standing and walking. They provide excellent cushioning and support, significantly reducing pressure on my heels. I’ve noticed real relief from plantar fasciitis symptoms after regular use. Comfortable, easy to fit in shoes, and definitely worth buying for daily pain relief.

Instant relief for my heel spurs. I wear them off and on. I also use a foot roller and am trying to do physical therapy at home for my feet and legs. Durable. I can wear these barefoot in the house or with my sandals and adjust the straps. They are not slippery, washable, and fit my foot well for the size I chose. I love the support in my foot. The pain is gone when I wear them.

This product was poorly made . Takes up too much room in the shoe and provided very little padding to help alleviate heel pain. it also came off quite easily in the shoe

It offers some support, but I would not buy it again. Even with velcro adjustment, it's still loose and loosens as you wear throughout the day. It did not do anything for my pain.

Since I had my baby, everything has been out of whack. I’ve always had dry heels and dealt with cracks, but I can always get them to heal. This time, I couldn’t. I had the worst crack I’ve ever had in my heel. It was causing me so much pain. I got these with the Dr School’s foot repair stick and I put it on under these every night before bed. It immediately helped with the pain because of the cushioning that helps keep pressure off…and in less than a week the crack was no longer open (visibly, and bleeding). I couldn’t say anything better about these. They have literally helped heal me!

Bought this just over a month ago. I wear almost daily on my left foot. After that month it has worn in/ shifted around. The insert no longer sits comfortably on my foot and I occasionally have to pull the sleeve closer to my heal. Also it doesn’t fit easily into all shoes.

I messed up my heels dancing without shoes and my feet hurt! It was a weird off and on pain thing but man after that one day of no shoes my feet couldn’t handle unsupported shoes for anything! I was on my feet more during this time because of a handful of responsibilities and I was trying to find things to help including compression socks, shoe inserts and what not. Oh my word, the moment I put these on when they arrived I felt normal again. In fact, I felt better than normal and like I was walking on a cloud! These were the perfect things to wear when I was barefoot in my house! If your heels hurt to walk on, I strongly recommend these!!!!!!

They are okay. I can't wear them in my running shoes. But they are good for walking around indoors in slippers. They can be worn in open-heel sandals, Crocs, or open-heel Sketchers. Feel good on my heel. It takes awhile to get use too. They do relieve the pain.

I really am impressed with my heel protector. I have Achilles tendinitis and have been wearing a boot for a week and when I come home from work I wear the heel protector. It’s very comfortable and it cushions my heel . I’m very happy with the fit

These gel foot pads are a great design and stay put really well, but the padding is gel and moves around a lot, therefore not providing a ton of padding where needed.
