Disappointed of late. They no longer seem to have the sticky tape/tab on the back that kept them firmly bound for tidy disposal. Would you follow those disposal instructions? I obtain them for a lady in her 90's who tried. I interpret them the same way. Luckily, I wasn't the one asked to unblock the loo. She's happy with them, she prefers them over those from the Mobility Shop. They're cheaper and she doesn't need someone to drive her to fetch them. I've tried a pair. I think the absorbent padding is fluffed paper. They're strong, can expand a bit, comfy but need some way to stop the filling clumping in the middle.

Unbelievably effective at containing large quantities of urine . I need to pass urine 3 or 4 times a night , and it was very disruptive to my sleep. Now I can safely rely on these pants to “avoid” 3 of these trips to the loo. And the really clever thing about them is that your skin somehow stays dry, even when the pants are soaked . I can absolutely recommend them.
