This product is cheap, assembled easy, has little compartment for the light so you can see when the water level is close to finish and absolutely what I need for my rabbit. My rabbit didn't really know how to use a water bowl properly, he got his dewlap wet and the fur turned greenish brown because it won't fully dry. I got him a water bottle but he wasn't drinking as much and got frustrated with it so I got this instead. BEST BUNNY PURCHASE EVER! It encourages my rabbit to drink lots of water as it's gentle and freeflow, his dewlap/chin's dry so no fear of getting infected. It's quiet so it doesn't startle my rabbit. The colour blue actually helps calm my rabbit. P.S. Make sure to bunny proof the cable!!

I had another cat fountain previously that rapidly got gross with slime and the pump eventually stopped working. I bought this to replace it as I like that the filters are replaceable and there's a two year warranty on the pump. My cats absolutely love it. The flow is not too high or vigorous, it has a light so they know exactly where it is at night time and best of all is that it's very quiet! The last water fountain was so loud and sounded like a zen garden feature inside, visitors would ask what the noise was. Since we got this one, no one has noticed it at all! It's very easy to clean and I love that I can buy replacement filters separately - I go through them quickly as I have more than one cat. I definitely recommend this! It holds a lot of water so I have no issue with the capacity of it and keeps the water room temperature.

So far so good. Really quiet if you ensure set up correctly. Easy to set up. Looks good not big at all. Gentle flow of water and cats love it. Would recommend. *** Been using a couple of weeks now and still a great product as I said above very quiet when set up correctly. Initially I didn't push everything together correctly and it was noisy but with more careful construction it is quiet. My young cat loves it, yet to see the older cat near it but he may be to old to learn new tricks! Only thing I would say is would be great if had a longer lead, although the lead is an OK length would be better to have a much longer lead to be able to position further away from electric point but that is just a personal gripe. I would recommend this water fountain.

Easy to assemble and very quiet. Cannot hear the motor running. Cat has already interacted and drank from the fountain so happy so far. Hopefully it will keep the car out of the sink......

My cat loves this drinking fountain. I had been meaning to buy one for a long time before I bought this one, because I used to have one that she loved drinking from. My cat is a lover of sitting in the bath, waiting for me to turn on the cold tap so that she could drink from it. I found that I was always having to leave a tap on a little bit because that’s how she likes to drink. Now that she has her fountain I don’t have to do that any more! It makes me happy to see her going up to her fountain and having a drink, then coming to give me a kiss with wet whiskers. I was hoping to get the same fountain as I used I have, but I am glad that it was no longer available and so I had to get his one instead, because this one is better: it is transparent and has a light inside that glows all of the time. This makes me feel confident that if my cat wants a drink in the night she can find her fountain easily by following the light, but also it means that I can see the level of the water inside so I can see when it needs topping up. (I would say, that because of the light and the low-level humming that this fountain is not the best thing to have in the room in which you sleep: I was living in a studio apartment when I had the previous fountain, so I am glad that I had that one then, and this one now). Also, it feels more hygienic - I can see that the water is clear and healthy for my puss. It’s very easy to wash, and puss likes to drink from it all of the time, so I feel that the water must be staying fresh and clean for her. I am very happy with this drinking fountain, and so am happy to write a review encouraging others with cats to get one for their puss. The other big benefit is no more water on the floor or mat from a water bowl - this fountain is very neat and there has never been water on the floor around it, whereas puss would splash water over the sides of any drinking bowl I tried. Very happy!

Bought this cat fountain to help with my cats drinking levels. He has just had a bladder blockage due to mineral and metals build up, so needed to get him a filter. He usually liked to drink out of the bath tap which we left running for him, but as the water is so hard where we have recently move to, this caused a very serious condition. The fountain itself is great, and my cat loves it, but after only 9 days the filter is mouldy. I have maintained the fountain everyday since purchasing. Rinsing the filter, cleaning the hair off and changing the water. Luckily I have been maintaining the fountain everyday, otherwise I wouldn't know the filter was mouldy until the 14 day change (as recommended by seller) or when I topped the water up. Thankfully I am savvy with these fountains and have had them with other cats before. This is absolutely disgusting, and cheap rubbish filters. I use a Brita water filter jug to filter the water before it goes into the fountain, so I am going to continue to use the fountain without the filter, as the water is already filtered, and continue to change the water everyday. I think this is a better idea than spending a fortune on rubbish cheap filters which can make animals sick. I would recommend anyone who has bought a fountain recently, to check their filters asap (especially if you're planning to leave the filter past the 14 days mark). I would just get a Brita filter jug (or any other brand) and filter the water used in the fountain in the jug. The filters are £12 for 3/4 filters and last a whole 30 days each. And we can benefit too. Also, if you're reading this review before purchasing, I recommend buying a well known brand such as Petmate or Catit. They have well made replacement filters.

I was looking at getting one of these cat fountains for a while but what finally pushed me was that my cat has developed bladder crystals and needs as much encouragement to drink water as possible! The unit itself was super easy to set up and although other people have had issues with leaks mine hasn’t shown any defects thus far. The pump is also super quiet and pleasantly trickles like an indoor water feature and sounds like a gentle stream rather than an annoying running tap that makes you want to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes! I know some people have said the pumps were either weak or stop working altogether after a few weeks but the unit comes with a sticker on it saying to contact them directly for a free pump if this happens so I wouldn’t let the odd manufacturing defect put you off. My cat is spooked by EVERYTHING especially anything new in the house so I expected it to be a couple of weeks before she even approached it willingly but to my surprise (and after lots of positive reinforcement with placing treats around the unit and playing next to it) she stopped avoiding it and by the 3rd day I caught her drinking from it! She drank for far longer than she does her water bowls and the different streams makes it interesting for her as she kept moving round the flower fountain to drink from different ones. I also like the light as it creates further interest for her in the dark and looks cool too! The filters are cheap and simple to replace and it’s nice that I can just leave it running and not worry about cleaning it every day (unlike water bowls that also inevitably cause another job when you slosh water everywhere!). The pump itself is only 1.5 watts so costs virtually nothing to run and you can either use a USB plug or the plug adapter that comes with it (worth noting as I was disappointed when I saw it was a USB plug on the box and hunted everywhere for an adapter but needn’t have bothered as it comes with one!) Overall I highly recommend this specific fountain as it’s cheap, cheerful, functional, easy to clean/maintain and just as effective as the expensive ones. Big thumbs up from me and a big paws up from my happy and hydrated baby girl.

I brought this well over a year ago now and it's still working perfectly. Very happy with it and the cat uses it daily.

These fountains are great. My first one lasted 3yrs before the motor went, which far surpassed any other brands I've bought. And the light works as a perfect nightlight. Kevin the Bird is really happy his fountain was replaced!

Fontaine effectivement silencieuse, commandée l'été dernier : mon vieux chat l'a adoptée dès le premier jour. Il a rapidement pris l'habitude de boire l'eau en mouvement de cette fontaine. Je recommande.

We've used this fountain since February of 2023. It still works like new, so it definitely has durability! It's easy to use, easy to clean and our cats and dog seem to like it. As long as they haven't changed any of the components in the past 2 1/2 years, I highly recommend this fountain!
