Do these contain lead?

No, these spinners are made of metal.

Not made in the USA. Wish they were.

These lures are missing the bead on top of, & bottom of the spinner. I've made hundreds of these & learned that they won't spin correctly without it

I believe these lures are not missing anything but the fishes you catch with them. Obviously your idea and this manufacturer have a little difference of opinion.

Are these designed to withstand salt water?

I have used them in salt water but I'm sure they are rinsed well with fresh water and totally dry before putting them away. I do clean off any visible rust on any of my equipment and use just a dab of fine oil as needed.
