KNIPEX 98 62 02 Snipe Nose Pliers of Plastic Insulating 220 mm

They are as sturdy as they need to be - some complain that they don't align; but mine are fine. They aren't designed for tight gripping, but for safely poking around inside live locations without fear of causing shorts. They meet that requirement perfectly.

Very useful if you regularly work on live distribution boards. They feel well made and make pulling cables through a DB much safer. They are obviously not a replacement for normal metal long nose pliers.

OK bought these a few years ago now..... so long ago I've died of old age and risen from the dead. always in my pouch... great for when your dicking around inside a 3ph board and you've become fond of those five fingers….. they'll grab that cable and sneak it back in that live breaker all day long... But don't go thinking you can tighten up your nuts with them...… cos your eyes will water. honestly there brilliant, everyone knicks them of me..... time they bought there own.

Decided to invest in a pair of these bad boys and I'm not one to part with my money lightly! They are perfect. Good solid construction. completely safe and gives you complete confidence rummaging around in DB's and various other enclosures. Keep's your mitts well clear of conductive parts which cant be a bad thing. I 110% recommend these pliers.

I do a lot of maintenance on live panels in work, these give piece of mind when reaching for cables in the back of a panel of header trunking, not used very often but absolutely essential in the tool bag

Good for if you have to identify and grab individual conductors in an existing 3 phase board especially when you didn’t install it yourself and it is not particularly well done or tidy or has limited room! good for changing out RCBO’s

Perfecto para lo que está diseñado y previsto. Es totalmente aislado, por lo que puedes estar tranquilo, evitando cualquier corto o descarga indeseable. Lógicamente, no vale para hacer mucha fuerza de tracción ni de pinza, realmente es para llevarlo como complemento y realizar tareas específicas en tensión.

Utilisation régulière dans le cadre de mon travail elle m'est utile. Solide mais un peu trop épaisse dans certains cas. Pas évident à utiliser avec les gants isolés 1000 v. Je recommande.
