This heavy gauge and highly polished stainless steel pan is of the highest quality.I have used this pan as a roasting dish in my halogen oven and also my combi-oven, and it works a treat. The polished surface gives it a non-stick quality making washing up straight forward.The base of the pan is 8 1/4 inches widening to 9 inches at the top, plus a 3/8th flange which enables the use of pan tongs when used in a halogen oven.The heavy quality of this pan makes it very versatile in the kitchen, e.g. baking, roasting or grilling, and I highly recommend it.
