Good for immune support
Iโve noticed the difference in my resistance to colds etc. from taking these regularly. I intend to keep on doing so, especially through the winter months.

Ineffective product
My family are long term elderberry users. This product does not provide immune boost like other products hence is ineffective and a placebo.

Does what it says on the tin.
As far as Elderberry capsules go then these are as good as any on the market. The seller sent them quickly and they were well packaged and the capsules are tasteless easy to swallow.
