Well made and does the job.

Ours came ready to go..well packed simply wash out..fill up turn on...took 47 mins to boil full urn. Keeps self upto temp and i use timer to turn on about 6 am...no nasty taste ..very hot. It is noisey on the reboil louder than a kettle but plus is we get instant tea ..coffee with no worry about scale as heater is sealed under water so no scale build up. Very usefull and i recomend

Bought this as my dad uses the kettle 50+ times a day and it was burning through the electric, this has been a life saver, it’s super easy to use, convenient and holds more than enough water, perfect for a busy family

Great 10L catering urn. We use it on our film sets for productions of 10-25 people and usually fill it once in the morning then again at lunch for normal coffees and teas. Really helps keep work flowing and caffeine/comfort accessible

Nice size keeps warm for few hours party times good to have coffee
