These are made to break off if there is a force applied so there is no danger of your cat getting snagged somewhere. The collar material does not pull the cat hair like some brands. The message on the collar is usefull i think if the cat ever gets lost. It is also not full of dangerous chemicals like an anti flea collar. One of my cats originally had a habit of losing these but no longer. Another cat actually wears one that is barely connected because I have a habit of regularly removing the collars via the break catch if they are going to be indoors for a while and i broke part of the catch off but she still does not lose it and appears to like wearing it. I actually add an extra bell with a ID medallion to these

My little cat looks very handsome in this great adjustable colour with safety buckle (should he get trapped up in a tree). It is nice and bright red with a shiny red bell that you can hear all around the house as he moves around. Very nice item and well made. My cat is an average size cat and there is room for the collar to be made bigger. Update: I've found that the safety buckle is a little too easy to undo - my cat has now lost over so many of these all over the neighbourhood in the last 8 months alone. I've now bought him a different type of collar that he can wriggle out of should he get stuck (it has an elasticated section). I think that'll be a better option long-term. This is a nice bright, well-made collar and the bell works really well but I can't recommend it any more due to the buckle being far too easy to undo if it's caught on something - for this reason I've lowered it from five to four stars.

Great price and let people know my 1 yr old kittens are owned and if found can take to vet to be scanned. Bought quite a few of these as my kittens do a lot of tree climbing and getting up to general mischief and lose the collars. The collars are designed to quick release which is a good thing, better to replace collar than my cat!!! They seem to be well made and strong, fully adjustable to amend as your cat grows and they don’t seem to bother the kittens at all. I do however take the bells off as it makes them go crazy.

Another fantastic Cat Collar this one bought as a spare when the current one is either lost or in this case just worn done!! These are great wee collars and the catch is of a safety type, which will pop open should terrible kitty get up to no good but at the same time isnt popping off all the time like ive had with previous collars over the years!! so i dont think ill need the spare for the foreseeable future!! Great Buy, Great Product and Highlights if they were ever lost etc that they are Microchipped!! For responsible owners everywhere!! Crackin price too, whats not to like!! Thoroughly recommend!

I love is collor and fits perfect

Having recently developed a Houdini habit of getting rid of his collars, including a lovely leather one I’d spent far too much on, I thought cheap and cheerful was the way to go. This collar has not disappointed. This is the second like this I’ve purchased, however, I think the loss of the first was human error (not quite tight enough). The bell is looking a bit worn now but functionally its all good (will be easy enough to swop in a brass bell). The safety catch still releases smoothly a few months in and he’s begrudgingly learnt to accept that going collarless is not really an option. He is microchipped but I’m desperately fond of the wee bastard so I also bought a name/details tag which all works rather nicely.
