I used for a Girl Scout crafting session, and it was a hit! The instructions are beginner-friendly, and the included video tutorial was helpful for visual learners. Overall, it's a fun and educational activity that aligns well with badge requirements.

I bought 2 sets for my art camp all excited because my students are big weavers. During the demo I realized the basket template is cut wrong. It’s an even number instead of an odd, so while weaving, nothing naturally shifts. Why would anyone make a circular weave template like this? This was my splurge item for the camp, and I basically threw that money away.

I tried it with my church kids group and the ones 7 and up had a hard time, so the younger ones had an even harder time trying to figure it out. Adults ended up working on it... and even they struggled so its not for kids. I guess we needed more practice.

Does not work very well unless tying hard, so they actually shape like a basket. Then ends up being a rather tiny basket. I will not buy this product again for Vacation Bible School.

I think it is incredibly wasteful to use resealable bags (I love that part!) Only to put so much packing tape on them that you have to cut the bag open to get to the items. I'm not insanely "green" but I make a habit of reusing items to save waste. The plastic bag is really thick and great for storage it's just a shame I had to ruin it. Just an idea... as an individual my saving a few permits here and there isn't a big deal but as a corporation that ships and packages millions of things you could make a difference!Love 😍love the product and supplies!

Everything you need is in the kit. The instructions has photos and it is a good kit for the money. So when finished, you should end up with 12 great looking baskets.

Basket base is cardboard and tears easily.
