Back to Keppi after years of use — great flavors, but know the electrolyte profile
I originally started using Keppi electrolyte powder three or four years ago after gastric bypass surgery, when I discovered that I suddenly could not stand drinking plain water. I started with the Lemon Lime and loved the extremely tart flavor. I also liked that it was sugar-free, uses stevia and monk fruit rather than sugar, and gave me a way to add electrolytes while trying to stay hydrated in the Florida heat. For a long time, I put a scoop in practically every bottle of water I drank. Eventually I took a closer look at the electrolyte amounts and realized this formula is quite different from many electrolyte powders. Each scoop contains **1,000 mg of potassium and 135 mg of magnesium, but only 10 mg of sodium**. While low sodium may sound automatically better, sodium is also an electrolyte, and I decided I didn't want this to be my only electrolyte source—especially with an active lifestyle in Florida. I switched to another brand with considerably more sodium, but eventually ran into the opposite problem: I was putting that powder into three to five 22-ounce bottles every day and realized I probably didn't need that much added sodium either. I've now come full circle and use a combination. I rotate Keppi with my higher-sodium electrolyte powder, regular water with simple flavor enhancer, and sometimes just plain water. For me, that gives me more variety in both flavor and electrolyte content instead of getting a large amount of the same minerals in every bottle. I've now tried three Keppi flavors: **Lemon Lime:** Still my favorite. It's VERY tart and sour, which I absolutely love, although it may be too intense for someone who prefers mild flavors. It really wakes up my taste buds, and sometimes the flavor itself feels refreshing when I'm dragging. **Blue Raspberry:** This surprised me! Blue raspberry normally isn't one of my favorite flavors, but this is easily my second favorite Keppi flavor. It isn't overwhelmingly sweet and has a really nice blue raspberry taste. I'll definitely buy this one again. **Mango:** Pleasant, but sweeter than I personally prefer. Because Lemon Lime is so tart, I expected the other flavors to have a similar sourness, and Mango definitely doesn't. I think most people who enjoy sweeter fruit flavors would probably really like it. I likely won't reorder this particular flavor, but I'm interested in trying Peach Mango because I'm hoping the peach changes the flavor profile a little. Overall, I'm very happy to have Keppi back in my hydration rotation. I don't think using three to five scoops every single day was the best choice **for me**, considering how much potassium that adds up to, but I really like the formula as one part of my hydration routine. With 50 servings per tub, it's also a good value. I'll absolutely keep two or three flavors around so I can rotate them instead of getting burned out on one flavor again.

Electrolytes Powder – Raspberry Lemonade
I acquired the Keppi Electrolytes Powder with the Raspberry Lemonade flavor and wasn't disappointed. There are many things to like about this product. One is that the company itself is very straightforward about what they have put in their product. On their product label, in the listing, and in their website, everything is very clear. The powder that the raspberry lemonade comes as is a white powder that mixes clear so there's no potential staining. I also like that it's sugar and sweetener free. It cuts down on the aftertaste. I like the raspberry lemonade flavor overall, it's very drinkable and I feel hydrated afterward. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it's not easy to put the powder into a smaller hole like a 16oz water bottle. Being in a big tub, it also doesn't travel as well. I'm a big user of individual packets. I realize that individual packets drive up cost and waste, but they also are more convenient. It dissolves easily in water and I didn't have any issue mixing it. It smells like you would expect raspberry lemonade to smell like. I would purchase this item again if needed and I would recommend this item to my family.

Good for Keto Flu Relief
I started clean keto again after some years of feeling like life was too hectic to stick to a diet. Totally forget about keto flu where your body starts going through carb withdrawal symptoms. So I was looking for an easy way to get my electrolytes in balance to fix the carb detox symptoms, there are a lot of big go-to brands that seem to be trusted (Ultima, Redmond Re Lyte...) but I just couldn't around the fact that every drink mix product had minerals with %DV values in the single digits. Like how many scoops of this until I'm closer to 100% of recommended daily value because obviously when you're doing keto 5% won't cut it. This product was the least expensive and also had higher amounts of those critical minerals like magnesium and potassium -- didn't care about the sodium as much because I can add table salt to my foods easily. The flavor is okay but no one is expecting awards in taste for a keto friendly hydration drink. As long as I add sufficient water then I don't have any problems with the drink blending, I put it in a bottle with ice water and shake it up and it's good. Got rid of my nausea on the first day so I think it works.

Kept using it long after Keto—subtle flavor that completely revives my sweaty workouts!
I originally started using this Keppi Electrolyte Powder about a year ago when I was on the Keto diet, and it was a total lifesaver for staying hydrated. Even though my dietary routine has evolved since then, I have kept using it ever since because it has become an essential part of my daily routine. One of the main reasons I stick with it is the flavor. A lot of electrolyte powders on the market are way too sweet, chalky, or artificial, but this Lemon Lime flavor is perfectly subtle. It’s light, incredibly refreshing, and very easy to drink without giving you that overwhelming sugary aftertaste. The biggest selling point for me, though, is how effective it is. When I am in the middle of a really intense, sweaty workout, drinking this makes me feel genuinely revived. It provides an instant wave of rehydration and replenishment right when my body needs it most, helping me power through the rest of my exercise without feeling drained. With 50 servings in the tub, it lasts a great amount of time and delivers excellent value. Whether you are on a specific diet like Keto or just need something clean and reliable to keep you hydrated during heavy workouts, I highly recommend this powder!

The raspberry lemonade flavor is SOUR
I hate this flavor (raspberry lemonade) - it's no wonder why it was on sale. It's really sour and I hate sour stuff. I was hoping that it would be more on the sweet side because of the raspberry, instead of sour - but no, it's just sour. It feels clean enough when I drink it, and I love how it is essentially all natural. It's hard to find anything that is all natural nowadays with no artificial processed garbage. I just hate the sourness of this flavor. EDIT: After I left this review, the company did reach out to me and offer me a full refund. So the company has integrity and does try to make things right. I do not feel that their product is bad at all; I just had the misfortune of choosing a bad flavor that I didn't like. I have added two stars back to my review because of their integrity - which goes a long way. They fixed the problem, so I have taken back the 1-star review that I originally gave them and changed it to 3-stars. The product is fine; it's just that their raspberry lemonade flavor is just not what I was looking for.

3rd flavor I've tried, still great
This is my 3rd tub of Keppi electrolyte powder, and my 3rd flavor. So far I've really liked all the flavors of these powders. They are no sugar sources of electrolytes and hydration. I haven't noticed an ill effects at all, or any stomach cramps or digestive issues from using these products. The ingredient list is pretty clean and sugar free. The powder itself comes with a scoop and dissolves very quickly in a bottle of water. I do wish the scooper came with a funnel type scooper so I could load it into a smaller water bottle, but I typically just end up mixing the powder into a shaker bottle for ease of use. I also like to dilute the scoop down a bit more than recommended. I like the low sodium passion-fruit version that I got for my latest one. All of these seem to work great for hydrating during hot summer months and periods of intense activity they prevent muscle cramps. I recommend this brand for electrolyte powders over most of the others I have tried for good flavor and how well they work. This brand is also not overly sweet or artificial tasting.

No do eat stevia.
No star if it allows me. I learned the hard way the dominoes effects of your gut being destroyed by stevia. Do not eat or drink it. I have the perfect health n stevia made me super sick leaving me nauseous, blurred vision, diarrhea, can't eat any food in me, muscle spasms. It ll destroyed your kidney electrolyte balance and more. I wish that I can return this product. It took half of this jar to destroy my entire gut system and electrolytes. 1st, you will feel good because of the potassium and other minerals. 1 month later after drinking it daily, I got non stop diarrhea. Can't hold any food in and other cascade effects of symptoms. Your gut is most important. I'm eat superfood, vegetarian, drink artisan water, n breath fresh air, off grid. All stevia should be banned.
