The photographs don't do this piece justice. Beautifully crafted. Very sturdy, heavy, and the stsin work and smoothness of it are lovely. Very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful piece. My husband spent time to add legs and a protective coating it so we could use it as a dining room table and it turned out lovely. It's very heavy two maybe 3 people needed for carrying. We haven't seen any warping. There are a few spots that look like they had been filled in with wood filler or its glue possibly and some tiny dents but nothing worth complaining about (Ive attached in photos). The color is beautiful, we use orange glo to clean it which is super easy. Really love this butcher block!

While I'd recommend additional reinforcement for heavy use, the existing construction surpasses expectations. Overall, the CONSDAN walnut countertop is stunning, exceeding the expected quality for its price point. It's transformed my coffee table into a conversation starter, a testament to natural beauty and meticulous craftsmanship.

The countertop was exactly as described. Very good quality. I was overall impressed with the workmanship and care taken to protect the item during shipping. The packaging kept the item safe from damage. corner guards and very sturdy cardboard end caps inside the external packaging. Would purchase from this company again.

These tops are well built and beautiful. Just a couple points to be aware of: -I'm sure that they are proud of their product, however the brass plate is nailed on and removing it may scar the wood and leaves four holes. - the tops (6 ordered) all has shipping damage. The corner protectors were broken and corners were flattened. There were significant dents in tops and sides. After some creative woodworking only two ended up visible. - it should be noted that, when cutting the tops, there are actually two layers of slats (top and bottom) except at the very ends.

In love with these countertops! They completely changed the look of my kitchen and gave me the warm farmhouse style I was dreaming of. The wood grain is gorgeous, and they paired perfectly with my marble backsplash. They arrived in great condition and were easier to install than expected. After sealing and finishing them, they turned out absolutely beautiful. I honestly can't stop admiring my kitchen now! If you're on the fence about butcher block countertops, go for it. They are a beautiful, budget-friendly option that adds so much warmth and character to a space.

We're in the midst of a kitchen remodel and I'm turning one of the old, perfectly serviceable base cabinets into a floating island. This will be the top. Let me start by saying that this is a beautiful piece of butcher block. Ironically, far too pretty to use as a butcher block. Beautifully assembled and finished. Colors are varied, which is definitely a good look. Sadly, the first thing that caught my eye was the visible finger joints on the edges. It might not have been so bad if they were joining similarly colored pieces. As it is, these joints announce their presence from across the room. They're visible on both sides, so it's not as simple as turning the good side to the light. Next thing is that two of the corners are chipped. Not quite as visible as the finger joints, but clear to the touch. Indeed, there were wood 'crumbs' inside the plastic wrapping at these corners. Third, one of the corners is visibly damaged, as if it was stood up on that corner at some point, or perhaps even dropped. I should note that was no apparent damage to the box, so this is not a case of careless shipping. My guess is that perhaps I received a factory second. If that's the case, then it should have been made clear in the listing and it definitely should have been reflected in the price. This board was not cheap. I expected the product to reflect that.
