Julep When Pencil Met Gel Eyeliner, Waterproof, Camo Green Matte

These are hands-down the best eyeliners I have used in quite some time. I have tried super cheap, drugstore pencils, expensive name brands that cost $30-$40 for a pencil, and these are amazing. They are easy to sharpen, which I like, I like a very sharp point, and they go on easily, but they are not so soft that they don't apply precisely. They are the perfect mix of soft/hard. Very easy to glide on my eyelids, and you have around 5-8 seconds to smudge it or clean up smears, or I use my finger nail to swipe up the liner at the end of my lashes. After that time, the eyeliner stays put, it will not budge. It is amazing, it doesn't smear off, it doesn't bleed out under my eyes or on my eyelids (I have always gotten eyeliner on my eyelids by end of day. I must have oily eyelids, not gross, but very moisturized or something). This comes off easily with Micellar water and I wash with face wash. I purchased the dark brown (which is very dark brown, nearly black), the glittery brown (so pretty and not as harsh as the dark brown, the clay (pretty light, but still pretty) and the dark green (haven't worn yet but it's pretty). These are such a great deal and I expect them to last 6-8 months, depending on how much you use them. I know some people don't like to sharpen their eyeliners, but I do. It's the only way to get a precise point and create thin lines, in my opinion. Get a good sharpener. :)

Just received the Julep Pencil and it works!! Have used many but, this is soft, easy application and stays on until removed. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend Julep!!

The gel pencil went on nice and looked great. However, because of the drops I have to use for my dry eys, it did not last. I had raccoon eyes by the end of the 2 events I wore it

These need to be re designed as when you get half way through the colored portion, inner part that you line onto your eye lids, it either falls out or breaks. I have ordered a lot of these hoping each time they would last longer, but you can only sharpen until you reach 1/4 of the liner pencil. That's a lot of waste.

This is BY FAR the BEST eyeliner I've ever used. It goes on smoothly (I'm 65 so that is a problem for us). Easy to create a beautiful line. Doesn't fade, waterproof even with my watery eyes, smudges beautifully. I friggin' LOVE IT. PLEASE NEVER STOP MAKING THIS! And this dark brown color is gorgeous!! Tip - it's totally worth it to buy the Julep sharpener. The pen itself is soft and needs a good even pressure trim to sharpen.

I like this the best of all I've tried. I like to line my waterline and these go on so smoothly and come off when I wash them off. Dry quickly. Great price and quality. Covers easily

Has a tendency to skip and clump a little but stays on pretty well.

This was bought as a replacement and so far seems to be working well for eye pencils as stores shavings in other compartment. Would recommend.

Very soft to apply and a flattering deep violet colour which brings out my mid-brown eye colour.

Finally I found the perfect sharpener for my eyeliner. It doesn’t ruin my kohl eyeliners.
