Smells amazing! Left my puppy smelling dreamy, her fur is so fluffy and shiny, lathers up nicely and a little goes a long way. Highly recommend. 🥰 I don’t want to complain but the bottle was leaking slightly from the top but it doesn’t matter as it was only a small amount of product that had leaked out. It was in a plastic packaging so didn’t affect the parcel itself.

Was very excited to try this shampoo for the first time as i had heard a few good things about it. Expectations were too high! This shampoo does smell nice when you sniff it from the bottle but my dog didn't smell of the product once washed and dried. I have washed my dog twice now and ive not noticed any change to the softness( my dog is a cavapoo) When diluting 10:1 it doesn't lather up at all unlike other shampoos I have used! I will use the rest of the product just simply so it doesn't get wasted but I wouldn't purchase again nor would I recommend. The biggest concern I have is what was inside the shampoo? On arrival I noticed a black dot inside, at first I thought it was stuck inside the plastic on the pump part but on further investigation I realised it was actually inside the shampoo!! Regardless of what it is, it shouldn't be inside a bottle of shampoo!

★★★★★ When it comes to my four-legged baby, I don't mind spending a little extra if the product is worth it. I have a Shih Tzu, and this shampoo has been one of the best I've tried. The scent is amazing without being overpowering, and his coat looks incredibly soft, clean, and shiny after every bath. It also does a great job cleaning the dirt from his paws. The biggest difference I noticed is his comfort after bath time. With other shampoos, he would constantly scratch himself, roll all over the couch or towels, and seem uncomfortable. Since switching to this one, he hardly scratches at all and seems much happier afterward. I honestly couldn't be happier with the results. If my little guy could leave his own review, he'd probably say: "Tell your humans to buy this for you. You deserve to be spoiled too!" Highly recommended. I'll definitely keep buying it.

Best smelling puppy-poo ever! Wish they made the spray in this scent. This is the ONLY shampoo that gets my incredibly smelly basset hound to smell good for more than a day.

Smells fantastic but, I feel it works better on a fine dog hair. One that moves in the wind. My dog has short hair and I never smelled it unless I buried my nose in her.
