Has anyone travelled with these more than once? Are they durable enough for more than a couple trips?

We have taken this on 3 trips..one to Hawaii and 2 to Mexico. I have had no problems with the luggage. or wheels. It is light and holds up great.

What material is the outer shell made of?

Not sure but it’s a hard shell, light weight, easy spinners and I bought the light blue and love the set. I also purchased 2 luggage protectors so the airline luggage handlers won’t scuff them up so bad. They’ve been very hard on our suitcases in the past

Will the smaller bag pass as a carry-on? i am taking korean air and the carry on dimension 55(A) X 20(B) X 40 or a total sum of less than 115cm

I am pretty sure it will. It is the size of my daughters carry on.
