Silver Men's Multivitamin for Men 50 and Over, 140 Tablets

I've been taking the Centrum gummies for a while and was used to the aftertaste in the past. I'm glad to say that the new formula tastes better and no longer leaves a bitter aftertaste. I really like this improvement and would definitely recommend it to men over 50 who need vitamin supplements.

I was buying my the Centrim Men's Gummies for my over 50 disabled brother and the version I was buying was discontinued so we switched him to The centrum multivitamin gummies for men over 50... His levels are all coming back perfect but he just keeps raving about how good they taste so I thought I would leave that here.

I'm over 50 and keep fit by working out 5 days a week and staying active. I eat fairly well and was taking a superfoods gummy everyday but given that I do eat fruit and veggies daily, I wasn't sure that was necessary so I decided to look into a regular vitamin, preferably geared towards my age group. I saw these and Centrum is a well known brand, so I decided to give it a shot. I haven't been taking them long so not sure how well they work, but I haven't had any sensitivity to them and they taste ok. Not super sweet like some I've had, which is a good thing. When they say gummy though, they mean it. The texture is much like a gummy bear. Most gummies I take aren't quite like that but it's not a bad thing. They aren't very big and are easy to chew and swallow. It states to take 2 a day but I'm currently only taking one. I like the fact that they don't have additional iron as it is not something I need and so many vitamins add that. It does have Biotin though and I find that to be mostly wasteful. Majority of people get enough in their food and your body will eliminate excess via waste so there's no point in taking it unless you have a deficiency. I guess you could say that about most vitamins and minerals though. Regardless, it's a really good value for the money and assuming it makes any difference, I will continue taking. Only time will tell there.

I had Equare vitamins before that were harder to chew. These are softer. I will buy them again.

Ordered on Amazon, sent by Vitabox. Gummies were completely melted into a solid mass. No Return. No exchange. Every link Amazon sent me to contact Vitabox came back "no such page". No person to talk to, no customer support, no relief for defective products. BUYER BEWARE!

I take my centrum gummies in the morning. As part of my healthy lifestyle. Just to top off some of the nutrients I may have missed. Although I can't totally credit my vitamin gummies my doctor says vitamin intake is good. Have been taking them for a few years now. I've tried other brands but they're gummies taste weird. Centrums taste like a little gummy bear.

These taste pretty good. No gross Vitamin B flavour. They are a little chewy, but overall they are a good gummy vitamin.
