I get brown and white rock salt every year and keep them in plastic container , so useful obviously paths and snow great fast working, but fabulous for weed killer gets my drive free from weeds I was fed up of spending a lot on weedkillers that only worked short term this is so convenient , but caution Do Not Use on places you want flowers etc not to die due to salt content oh for me it’s fabulous thankyou

Works well & good value for money but don’t tread it into the house, it’s messy!

The bag was big enough to grit our drive and the road in front with a half left over for another time. It worked really quickly to melt the snow and the sheet ice on the road. It was quite fine so you had to shake the grit off your shoes before walking on the carpet. The best part was, although it said delivery in 3-4 working days. it was delivered the next day just when I needed it most ! Really satisfied customer.

I'm expecting 2024/25 winter season to be quite nasty so bought in preparation, I've neither the time or the patience to be coming a cropper being in a valley type area that sees more snow and ice than neighbouring towns. With several stone steps to get to the front door, you can imagine how dangerous snow and ice make them. Quick delivery and grit looks very good quality, flows beautifully from the scoop I use and is certainly much better than shop bought. Added advantage, it stops any slugs and snails trying to get into the house and greenhouse. Time will tell if it does its' job, but I've high hopes I won't be struggling this season.

I bought this to make my home made weed killer, it works a treat and is better then weed killer you buy off the shelf, and there is nothing toxic going into the ground, if you want to make a safe and fast acting weed killer follow these steps, you'll be amazed how quickly it kills the weeds, you will see results within a couple of hours. What you need, Brown rock salt Bottle of washing up liquid Large Bucket Pour h in as much salt at you can into a large bucket, fill the bucket with water, add half a bottle of washing up liquid, stir well and leave over night, infact the longer you leave it the better it gets and make sure you stir frequently, you can then use a watering can or better still a sprayer that you can carry on your back to soak the weeds then sit back and watch those weeds shrivel up and die, make sure you do this when it's not raining, the washing up liquid is used to stick the salt to the weeds.. This bag of salt is enough to make several bucket loads of homemade weed killer, I will definitely be buying more brown rock salt from this seller.

It's Rock Salt, it does the job. Very efficient supplier, arrived on date and time stated. Delivery driver very helpful, put it in my garage for me as it was a very heavy item which was appreciated.

The salt is ok and arrived nearly on time. However the bag was missing 2-3kgs. I complained and they gave me a partial refund.
