Shower Hose, 79 Inches Extra Long Stainless Steel Handheld Shower Head Hose with Brass Insert and Nut - Durable and Flexible(Brushed Nickel)

This hose works very well. The original hose started leaking near the handle.

The length is just right for the shower and make it easy to spray the shower walls.

It's been working good. The finish looks good, it comes in a few other sizes as well if I remember right. No problem with fit, has good flex without distorting the tubing.

This hose replaced the original hose that came with the shower head. It is thankfully longer so I can reach farther. My shower head it high and need to be able to reach farther than the original hose. This hose bends better than plastic hoses. I am not certain if it is my installation or if it is the hose but I have a slight leak at the end connecting to the shower water input.

I purchased the 79in hose version on Mar 19 2026, and now it started leaking 2 months after on May 24, 2026. The leak is at the ends where the adapter and hose are terminated. I tested it by disconnecting and swapping the hose ends to the outlet and handheld shower, and the leak followed. It seems others are experiencing the same issue.

I have used this quite a few times and have had no issues with it. It is very flexible and easy to use. I am glad I got the longer 79 inch hose since I use it for bathing my dogs. It reaches around and under them so I don't have to keep moving them!

So my review only applies to the NOT AT ALL “Brushed Nickel” finish hose. Because that is the issue with it. It is largely as it appears in the pictures, silver in tone only, with not even a hint of nickel appearance. Perhaps it was my stupidity for thinking it might not be as pictured and might actually have a brushed nickel finish. It does not. It is probably as stated made of stainless steel, and appears to be brushed stainless in appearance. This is a common problem/failing with many of the “brushed nickel“ import products available now on Amazon. This will not at all match the more faint yellow/faint brown hue of a proper Kohler, Moen, or Delta product. Otherwise it looked pretty good, I can’t speak to function because I didn’t try it. I ordered four different brands of these, only the Offo brand was anywhere near having an attempt to have an other than brushed stainless appearance, and that one only minimally better. Honestly, you’re probably better looking for an old stock quality Kohler or other similar product for a deal off an old auction site instead, or pony up the $50-100 such a brand name hose will cost new. Don’t get the current Kohler “Awaken” hose as it is terrible bright PVC construction (but does at least have a fake brushed nickel appearance.”

As described and definitely recommend. This is my 2nd purchase of this item, just different length and finish. Had the 1st one for well over 2 years, no rust, no leaks, no complaints. This is something that makes my life easier when cleaning the tub/shower, having longer length allows me to reach in all the corners of the area without having water splashing all over. The hose is not stiff and able to flex in any direction. The original (plastic) hose that came with my shower handheld was so stiff and only had one shape, u-shaped from hanging all the time, which was annoying. Like the small amount of plumbers tape that comes with it, should you need it, very convenient! Must say the cost has gone up a few dollars since last purchase, but still worth the cost. The length was exact. The color finish was adequate, more steel than nickel, but matched my finishes close enough. Pleased.
