Perfect
I did a ton of research because I heard some batteries or cables were causing overheating issues due to improper power loads for the device. I have experienced no concerning heat levels even in the Texas summer.Charges my Quest 3 fast enough so that regardless of what I'm doing it never loses onboard battery. If you're planning to do some extremely unhealthy event where you keep your headset on for 8+ hours, buy a third party link cable that will also keep it charged. Otherwise, I enjoy VR for sometimes up to 5 hours when I'm in an obsessive episode and the battery has no issues keeping me going, and I often go 2-3 days without charging either my headset or the battery just because it supplies it with that much power. Also, by putting it on the back of the headset, it's drastically improved long term comfort by balancing the weight.Highly recommend.

Very good product
I got this battery pack as an easy fix for my quest 3s battery life. Since I got it, I have never drained the battery fully. Even after being on the quest for hours on end. And the battery pack isn't even noticeable. The velcro is very secure on the headstrap and it dosent move around. Overall I give it a 10/10

8 Hours of additional VR !
If you're looking for a reliable and powerful battery pack for your Meta Quest 2, the KIWI design Battery Pack 10000mAh is a definite buy.First of all, the battery capacity of 10000mAh is more than enough to keep your Quest 2 running for +8 hours on end. I watch Netflix or BigScreen VR movies with my wife, the headset won't run out of power halfway through my movies. The battery pack itself is compact and easy to carry around, with a sleek design that complements the look of the Quest 2. The pack attaches to the back of the headset using a secure and sturdy clip, and it's easy to install and remove. The cable connecting the battery to the headset is also of high quality and feels durable.I prefer the battery on the bottom of the headset, which takes away the weight from my forehead. One of the standout features of this battery pack is the LED indicator that lets you know how much charge is left. It's a small detail, but it's incredibly useful in ensuring you don't run out of power unexpectedly. The pack also comes with a cable, so you can charge the battery pack quickly and easily.Overall, the KIWI design Battery Pack 10000mAh is a great addition to any Quest 2 setup. It's a well-designed and reliable product that will keep your headset running for longer, without sacrificing on portability or style. I highly recommend it.

Much needed extra power works great.
After getting to use my new Meta Quest 2 for a few days, I found the need to recharge constantly so got this much needed add on to extend use time. Fits several ways on headset straps and looks like factory feature. Easy to use and simple to install. Highly recommended for price and it’s featured life span. Will update review if needed.

The best option
This is the only battery so far that did not have any of the issues below: (Most others had at least one)1) no noise when operating2) charged the headset while in use*3) can attach it to different parts of the headset and configure your own weight distribution.4) you can charge both the headset and the battery at the same time. The Quest 3 never lost charge when in use. But on some applications, it would simply maintain the same charge. So the juice the battery was giving was on par with what was being used. Some people are complaining about this. But this is actually good for the quest battery. Once I got my quest to 70%, i was able to use the battery while playing, and keep it between 70 and 80% the entire time, which is great, given that it's bad to charge any rechargeable to above 80%. So i'd rather overcharge this battery than the quest battery, since it's cheaper to replace.

Counter balances the headset weight perfectly
I tried a couple of headstraps with built-in battery for my Quest 3 and didn't like the way the headset would "wobble" slightly when moving side to side. With this battery, I hang it on the back below my elite headstrap, and find that it counter-balances the weight perfectly so that I barely feel the headset on my face and there is no wobble like I experienced with other solutions. It comes close to keeping the Quest 3 charged - after a 2-3 hour session, the Quest will be at about 70%, and the battery pack will be showing 2 out of 4 dots. The cable is longer than it needs to be - you end up having to loop the cable or leave the excess hanging down around the battery. Overall an excellent solution to extend the Quest's battery life.

It does work, but...
First things first, it does work for the Quest 3. However, it is not fast enough to keep up with the power requirements of the Quest 3. I haven't completely drained it yet, so I can't give an exact amount of time, but I used it twice now for about 3 hours and 15 minutes and it kept the battery in the Quest 3 at 100% for about an hour before it started dropping. When I turned off the Quest 3 the internal battery was at about 85% and this one was between 2/3 and 1/2 drained. Given that, I'm guessing that the combination of the 2 should get you about 6 to 8 hours if that draining continues at the same pace. To be on the safe side, I'd say 6 hours total, which is lower than estimated, but still not bad. Also, your mileage may vary depending on what you're using the Quest 3 for.I'll probably upgrade at some point when there are newer options out there that are specifically designed for the Quest 3, but this will hold me over until then.
