Leica but not Leica quality
As many know Leica Is a great Name in the camera industria. Expensive too. I AlWAYS wanted to have one. This model was more accesible. The body its beatiful and the menús fantastic. I have several othe cameras and no one has come close to the simplicity of them BUT i bought 3 different lenses and the quality of the pictures was very poor. So fantastic in 3 áreas but Bad pictures. I asume this was the reason It got discontinued

The options are amazing
TL2 is a great camera for all arenas, w amazing attention to details. It's just so easy to work with in ALL environments and has everything you could possibly need to enhance an image! I've used the TL2 in so many ways, from production photos for musical artists and visual artists, collecting delicious photos that leave nothing out! It would be 5 stars if it had come w screen protector and better lens caps & bags. I love transferring everything onto Adobe CS using Leicas Bluetooth and Wifi connections. All around great camera w great quality!!! This camera delivers with great quality photos, magazine quality w a couple of taps!!! Can't go wrong

Great product but needs more customer focus!
After holding off on the T and TL, I eventually pulled the trigger on the TL2. The camera is now usable in practice and the image quality is exceptional indeed. I love the modern “iPhone” camera. Now the reasons for the missing 2 stars! The TL lens does not come with a string to attach the lens cap despite the slot in the cap. One wouldn’t imagine the trouble of getting a string, but it took me a few months. Second, the beautiful touch screen starts to lose the anti-glare coating after 6 months. The Leica store advised me to apply a screen protector which I had to get from the mobile phone repair stores. It’s not under warranty because it’s “wear and tear”. Now, for $2k camera that relies completely on the touch screen that will lose the anti-glare coating, I think the screen protector film should be included, or at least it should be recommended by the store at point of purchase. That would be what I call “customer service”!

Amazing
Maybe there are better cameras from a technology perspective but nothing compares to the Leica experience. Combined with a fast Leica 35mm lens, you have a potent combination. This camera feels AMAZING in your hands. Clearly Apple took a page from Leica. The provided leather strap replaces the plastic one and is a great option. I love this camera! Will it replace my Sony A7RV? No. No way. However it’s my go to camera when I want something super easy to run about with. It’s just so beautiful.

I love this camera
This camera is an evolutionary progression of Leica's historic technology melding with the evolution of digital photography. I think its unfortunate that it doesn't seem to be more widely appreciated. It is indeed a work or art, optical excellence, and innovative design. It definitely lets me concentrate on my photographic subjects . It is the first camera I've found that allows me to easily capture what I am seeing.
