I'm 5'7 and 190 to 200 at times. I wear a large to xl in t shirts most of the time depending on brands. Like Hanes t shirts I'm a XL. But this shirt does run small and when I'm working out I don't want to feel like I'm restricted of movement. so I ordered the XXL and it fits well and not to much but enough to move freely. Hope this helps.... As quality so far so good but still new. If I can will update later.

Excelente calidad y Lijera, me llego en 3 días a México, sólo la talla viene reducida, realmente son tallas asiáticas, para México y USA son dos tallas de diferencia, Se pidió Size 3XL USA realmente es XL, tomen sus precauciones al pedir la talla

J'ai essayé ce produit en marche et il est super efficace, j'imagine qu'avec le pantalon ça doit faire un effet double... J'ai hésité d'acheter le pantalon car je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir la bonne morphologie. Sinon, je vous conseille vivement le produit. Il se peut que vous fassiez un retour pour retrouver votre taille. Bon sport
