Are these bags suitable to carry crockery?

I think the bags themselves would certainly be big enough and strong enough though they are made from a very thin material offering no padding at all. I wouldn't personally use them for crockery. Other kitchen items like pots and pans would probably be fine.

Are these worth it the moving flat?

Slightly confused about the question. The bags appear reasonably strong but could be difficult to lift if filled with anything too heavy as they are large. Great for storing and moving clothes, bedding, towels, curtains etc. Possibly not your DVD collection, or your best china!

Are these bags true to the size advertised?

They are huge and will take lots of bedding, quilts and cushions - much, much bigger than standard supermarket bags. I don’t know the dimensions offhand, but they would hold a couple of decent wash loads, I’d say.
