Great for hotel rooms
Use this on pretty much all my trips for coffee, tea, ramen, etc. Only beef is that it needs to be pulled out of the luggage if in carry on usually, so pack it on top just in case.

Going strong after months of daily use
I use this at my desk almost every weekday for my morning tea. It's quick and efficient. I wish it were slightly bigger at least capacity wise but it's works great. I have a cup with a tea strainer built in so it's nice to be able to pour this over the tea leaves.

Handy little “tea pot”
This heats up water quickly, will keep it warm for a while and is smaller than your typical thermos. But be clear it’s a personal “tea pot”, for a single mug of tea or coffee, et. al.

Liked it so much, we ordered a second one !!!!!
Using only 300 watts of power for a short duration allows you to use this with a small power station for camping, fishing, hiking or whatever.(I was drinking my hot chocolate in minutes)We liked this product so much on our youtube review channel, we bought a second one :)Great products guys, we will be looking at more items that you make in the future :)Ramblin Bob Reviews

Missing charger
I bought this a couple months ago to use for an upcoming camping trip and I either lost the charger or the package didn’t have it in there in the first place. I don’t recall ever seeing a charger and only recall seeing the item and the instruction manual. Any how I’ve only just now realized it’s missing as I’m about to go on my trip. I inquired about replacing the charger with no luck/to no avail. The charger doesn’t seem to be anywhere rendering this product essentially useless. It appears to be a very specific charger made by Chaceef only or something. I’ve been searching on the internet for an hour. What kind of company doesn’t offer replacement parts, especially something as basic as the charger? Doesn’t look great on the manufacturer’s part, especially if the charger wasn’t there to begin with

Almost perfect!
I really didn't know how impressed I was going to be with this when I ordered it. But it turns out it's just the thing! I have a... mobile cart that I built to not only serve the purposes of every day life, but also supply all the comforts of home when camping or during power outages/disasters/etc. It has solar power but I still have to be conscious of energy efficiency. Even though I have a gas stove on board or could always build a fire, I wanted an electric solution for boiling water for the sake of convenience. This is it! At only 300 watts, it boils water much faster than a metal kettle on an electric stove, meaning the watt-hours used stays low. I love the indicator light. I already mounted it to the countertop of my cart so I can make tea all day without getting up, lol (or in the woods without making a fire).I only deducted a star because of the cord. It's white! With a black appliance! Who on Earth thought that was a good idea? Also, it's only 30" (75cm). That's fine for me because my outlet/inverter is only 2' away, but most people are going to have to use an extension cord unless they are right near a plug. (Which I guess you would be if you were leaving this on your kitchen counter. But since the thing is marketed as being mobile, that means you're basically going to have to set this next to an outlet on the floor half the time.) Luckily, with a little bit of digging there are plenty of longer, black laptop replacement cords here on Amazon that will fit. Still, not quite 5 stars. But close!

Perfect for what I need it for
I'm looking for something to make hot water for whenever we camp using my small portable power station when shore power isn't available and generator isn't connected. I was going to use coffee maker but they all require wattage 400 and above- even the small one. I do have a propane-powered coffee maker from Coleman which I LOVE, but it requires more effort (connecting the propane, going out of my RV, waking up everyone. This tiny gadget solved my issue of quietly making instant hot water in the morning. This has been truly a heaven-sent for me.
