Life saver
After 10 years of horrible digestive issues and the usual supplements and pharmaceuticals making things worse I finally got relief from this tributyrin. My sleep is better because the gut inflammation is better. I have been able to begin to tolerate probiotics and many of the foods that set my system off before. Because I can eat more foods I have been able to regain much of the weight I lost from my illness. I no longer look sickly and scrawny. I guess my guts were so bad that I needed to go straight to the postbiotic to calm things down before I could tolerate normal stuff. Short chain fatty acids for the win! It's odd that some complain about the taste. Just don't open the capsule.

Constipation Cure
I have a daily rhythm now and my whole digestive system feels better. Definitely expensive, but effective. No taste as it’s a capsule and no negative side effects.

Makes me constipated
I’ve become very constipated from starting this. Not sure why bc it’s not supposed to make you constipated but I’m very sensitive and a lot of products cause me to be constipated
