Very good insulation strips

Adhesive holds well
I used this to fill open gaps around doors and windows. The adhesive sticks well although I don't know how long it will last with doors being opened and closed. You can easily cut this to fit any size you need. It stopped or restricted the flow of air coming in from the outside.

Dense foam. Sticks well.
I used this to help sound proof a door. It is obviously not going to keep all the sound out, but it definitely helped to muffle it a bit as the foam is extremely dense. I was able to cut these into more narrow strips. The sticky side is extremely sticky. Once these are on, they are on. It's a quality product depending on what you are going to use it for. I would definitely buy again.

KEEPS THE COLD OUT!
My front door has some gaps and the cold air was barreling through the cracks! I could feel the difference immediately putting this weather stripping on the door. Very strong adhesive, very easy to use and it’s not an eyesore as it matches my door perfectly! My living room is now toasty warm!
